Most everything lasts a while past expiration before deterioration, including food. Expiration dates have a margin of safety built in. That being said, the above is true, but vitamins usually have way more that anyone needs in them so a little deterioration in potency isn't that big a deal depending on why you're taking them. After all, much of them just goes down the toilet anyway, so again, a margin of safety is built in there, too.

In case you missed it, the FDA cited a food processing plant in Yakima, Washington called Snokist for moldy applesauce. This company is a food supplier for the government school lunch programs. An article I just read had even more deplorable description of the facility than what was reported in the nightly news. Absolutely disgusting the descriptions I read about the condition the facility has been in while it is processing this stuff as food that goes across the entire country.

I agree you should get out. They don't care that they're being threatened, they just want your sister back, and I kind of get that as a parent. Sad but true. But really, a youth pastor? Just out of curiosity, is he actually an employed youth pastor in a real church, or is he simply trained as a youth pastor but he doesn't work in a church or he works in a weirdo church with almost no followers? I agree with the others. Talk to the youth group leader. One tenet of Christian groups - and especially nondenominational youth groups - is invite your friends. Invite, invite, invite. Bring in more seekers. That's how they thrive and grow, and that's what makes Christian youth groups such fun for the kids. I wonder - do these two girls have real things in common - a shared interest in books, playing the flute, soccer, whatever?

How about you have a chat with your health care provider and let them state that you cannot work in that environment. It does sound too dangerous Maybe they can place you in disability.

If you are in the US you can annonymously report this to children and youth services. Their number is in the phone book. If you are worried about being identified from your phone number - call from a pay phone. All health providers should be reporting anything like this but frankly sometimes the smaller clinics just don't want to deal with it so they don't. Darn shame though.

Help them to find things they are passionate about and interested in and help them to do that, music, art, sports, volunteer work, writing for a newspaper or whatever it is. That is an environment that they can be surrounded by positive people who share the same interests in stuff and inspire them to want to stay away from the drugs and alcohol and instead do the things they love. People who they can look up to relate with and learn from.

As risk assessments need to be put in place. So for my safety and baby I will be telling them soon.

I was on a trial for the first 8 weeks and we had safety bloods tests done every 3 days. After 4 weeks that went to weekly safety bloods. After the 3 month mark (when they consider things should be 'more stable') I have had monthly safety bloods done, and if anything unusual shows they order a repeat test asap. Again, you are best to check with your clinic but hope this puts your mind at ease until you can talk to them...

But you would greatly benefit from seeing a counsellor who is trained to help people in your position. They will be able to help by talking to you and helping you for your brain to be able to process the traumatic experience that you have been through. You will never forget what happened, but by knowing techniques to help you to process your thoughts, you will be able "file" it away in your brain so that you do not get suicidal feels and flashbacks that affect you so badly now.

Ok, I understand we all have different types of jobs and every pregnancy is different-but- I am currently 19 weeks (due in Oct), I work in a very demanding field and dont really have the luxury of just taking another break. I am not really showing yet although it still gets sore and uncomfortable when im working- lots of bending down pushing and lifting ect. My position will be changed later on although its still pretty much the same line of work.
