No just a pain in lower stomach and my stomach growls alot, I know its gas, but why doesn't it move. Once in awhile I will have sharp pains in my stomach and have to rush to the bathroom. I know thats part of the IBS. But why I get these pains in my stomach only in the morning is strange. My GI doctor just passed it off, like it was nothing. I also noticed that I don't belch that much. Even if I do drink a soda or beer once in a great while, maybe once a year or so.
ever since childhood ive had gas issues, but now as an adult I am either unable to sleep or im waking up early in the morning in so much pain I can barely move because of the gas and discomfort in my stomach. so bad it makes me vomit. the only way the pain goes away is if I take a hot bath, vomit or go to the bathroom. what could this be?

Are you having any other symptoms? Is the pain relieved with lying down? Have you tried a gas reliever like Gas-Ex or Phazyme (simethicone)? Have you had normal bowel movements? Is there blood in your stool? Is it an odd color? Do you have diarrhea? Are you vomiting?
hello, im a 22 year old for the past two years i suffer from stomach pain ,gas stomach and frequent diarrhea. i was advised to avoid lactose food ,so i did and the gas felling have diapered but still i have very frequent diarrhea and daily pain with bowel movement. my blood work came back with CRP 0.54 in a scale from 0.1 -0.50. and ESR was 28 when normal below 20.
what can cause my problem? thank you in advance.
Yesterday I serious stomach pain it happend in the morning after I went walking with my boyfriend I'm 13 1/2 weeks pregnant I had no cramps or anything just bad stomach pains should I be worried it kinda worried me yesterday. I feel better today and ut doesn't hurt. My next appointment is on Nov 10th. Someone help me I'm a first time mom .
Hello, 24/m in shape major med history.I have recently started having some stomach problems. Around 2 months ago I was experienceing lower left abdominal pain which felt like gas and bloating, which presisted untill about 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago everything I would eat started giving me indigestion and my stomach started to spasm and cause pain under my upper left and right rib cage. I started taking prilosec and antacids about 6 days ago.
I am 12wks today. I was experiencing some pain in the beginning but it hasnt been bad the past few weeks. I know everything is growing and stretching but need confirmation thissis normal. I go to hear the heartbeat on Thursday so I will check with nurse then as well. How long does the stretching/growing pain last?
I'm 16 1/2 weeks, and I have pain in the morning some days. It has been sharp pain a few times, but I'm pretty sure it's related to gas and when I'm ready for bowl movement. Sorry for the bluntness, but thought it may ease your mind if you could pin point the pain to something similar.
Probably still worth asking your doctor about... But I wouldn't stress, unless it gets worse or you have bleeding with pain...Then definitely go to the hospital!
Since yesterday I have had very uncomfortable pains in my stomach, sometimes when I move into a different position I get shooting pains in my belly and if a certain amount of pressure is put in my belly it hurts, I haven't had any bleeding but still worried and unsure what it could be. Also I'm wondering if it could be constipation? Before becoming pregnant I had regular toilet movements but now I'm finding it very difficult to go and even break wind, could these pains be related?
I had my gallbladder removed 4/11 and since the removal i still continue to have pain on my right side and my stomach is still bloated. I've cut out most fats, good and bad, gluten and dairy, i'm pretty much eating lean turkey, chicken and veggies which still seem to cause pain and bloating. Any ideas on what is causing this?
there is a strong burning pain in my abdominal area. One night I was awoken by a very strong burning pain under my right rib...the burning pain also is present on my right side... I am constantly bloated and Hve been retaining a lot of water.. I'm not sure if I Hve frequent urination Becaus consume a lot of water regardless.. but if I don't drink anything late atv night when I wake up I urinate a lot. Sometimes I wake up with gas.. and often times when I finish eat I have gas.
Now I have discovered I can do small amounts of dairy (half and half in my coffee, etc,) but chunks of cheese send my stomach into distress again. Also remember the amount of good bacteria you get in a small portion of yogurt may not be enough to offset the problem. Have you tried probiotics? They are available everywhere now and give you a good dose of the bacteria and enzymes you need for digestion. Good Luck!
