I had my gallbladder removed 4/11 and since the removal i still continue to have pain on my right side and my stomach is still bloated. I've cut out most fats, good and bad, gluten and dairy, i'm pretty much eating lean turkey, chicken and veggies which still seem to cause pain and bloating. Any ideas on what is causing this?

I still get the pains in the same spot but much less frequent and the pain goes away as soon as I pass gas. What could be causing all of the gas buildup on a daily basis, I am getting frustrated with this.

t you ask your doctor to give you PPIs, like panteprazole or omezoprazole.. Pop one on an empty stomach and that should reduce the stomach gas and help u reduce your bloat..

you can take maalox. if it is gas type pain, you can take gas-x. if it is morining type sickness, they recommend eating small meals, and eat something like saltines in the morning before you get up....

Im 36 weeks and get extreem stomach pains at night. Its really hard cramps.and emptying my bladder doesnt work. Turning on my side makes it worst and laying on my back is crippling. Helpppp dr.can never see me. First baby too..help?

Told me to do deep breathing exercises to try to relax tense muscles in my stomach that are causing me problems with food and gas that feels trapped in my stomach until I am able to burp. They also told me not to talk during meals as I could be swallowing air during this time that makes the problem worse. Hope this can help you.

Hi I was wondering if anyone would know what would be causing this stomach pain Im having it is right above my vaginal area and below my belly button its a horrible throbing pain. and it will not go away There is no possibilty of pregnancy and I have had 2 bowel movements (sorry tmi) today so its not that either so what else can be causing this stomach pain?

When you are cycling it could be gas causing the pain and it may just be your muscles spasming.

No just a pain in lower stomach and my stomach growls alot, I know its gas, but why doesn't it move. Once in awhile I will have sharp pains in my stomach and have to rush to the bathroom. I know thats part of the IBS. But why I get these pains in my stomach only in the morning is strange. My GI doctor just passed it off, like it was nothing. t aware that laying on their right side can cause gas to build up in your colon and form a gas bubble. The way the colon is shaped and with the gas rising upward, when laying on the right side it gets trapped in the ascending and transverse sections of the colon and is not as easily expelled as it is when laying on the left side. hello, im a 22 year old for the past two years i suffer from stomach pain ,gas stomach and frequent diarrhea. i was advised to avoid lactose food ,so i did and the gas felling have diapered but still i have very frequent diarrhea and daily pain with bowel movement. my blood work came back with CRP 0.54 in a scale from 0.1 -0.50. and ESR was 28 when normal below 20. what can cause my problem? thank you in advance.

Now it has been approx 3 mos later and he is having consistant pain in the stomach. The pain is not in the area of the liver it is about 2 inches above the belly button and extending to about 3" below the belly button. He says these pains feel like really bad gas pains. It has been about a month and I have been in and out of the hospital. ER doctors have not been able to tell me what is wrong. My GI dr has not given me an adequate diagnose.
