gas pain in lower back

I'm having my first child and I'm having bad lower back pain...I'm only 5 weeks so is this normal???

No just a pain in lower stomach and my stomach growls alot, I know its gas, but why doesn't it move. Once in awhile I will have sharp pains in my stomach and have to rush to the bathroom. I know thats part of the IBS. But why I get these pains in my stomach only in the morning is strange. My GI doctor just passed it off, like it was nothing. I also noticed that I don't belch that much. Even if I do drink a soda or beer once in a great while, maybe once a year or so.

I have had lower back pain from laying down I think its just when you lay down too long or in a bad position u get a bit of pain.

I have had lower pain in my left side and around my back for 5 days. It feels like gas but took medicine and did not help. it hurts when i eat and then have to go to bathroom what could this be?

It could be gas, When I get a gas lock I get a pain like that and it lasts probably 5 hours or until I release gas. LOL, but I could be wrong.... It could be something else?

Also I realized sometimes it was gas lodged in my back so a nice rub down often helped move it along. Good luck.

For the past year, I have been having pain that wakes me up in the middle of the night from my lower abdominal all the way around to my lower back. The pain is so severe that it takes my breath away at times and there is no position that I can lay in without pain (even on my side hurts). The only thing that relieves my pain is to get up and walk around for about 30 minutes. During that 30 minutes, if I have to cough or sneeze, it hurts really bad in my lower abdominal, lower back and hip area.

What does this mean if I have had lower back pain and stomach pain all day? Is it just part of pregnancy or should I be concerned?

im 57 the last 4 days have had pain in my lower back hips and thighs. i have in the past had swollen knees . also 2 years ago i was told i have gall stones. i didnt go for op. because my son was diagnosed with cancer at the same time. colud my back touble be to do with this.

i have been suffering from chronic burping that has caused me lower back pain. I'm not sure if the pain is in my kidneys i just know that the pain is consistent and so is the burbibg. What can it be and what can I do to make it better?

Can have low back pain and it be associated with your kidneys. I have had 3 kidney stones and my lower back always hurts when I have one. Have to have an xray and urine sample done to confirm it.

i am 11 weeks 6 days and I keep having lower back pain and pressure in my bottom. I was thinking of going to the ER what do you all think?

I have had pretty bad gas/bloat/trapped gas after my fundo surgery.... I even get it in my back- I am not kidding---- Gaviscon chewables help me with this- I am a long time sufferer- it will make you burp or get a nice gas flow :-) but then hopefully get relief. I take Tagamet also.....

The pain is worst in the evening, as if something inside my rectum was pushing itself up the colum. and the pain in lower back seems to be more persistent, dull but continuous. I also feel sick and got a headache but no urge to vomit.

Im 29 weeks and i have an uncomfortable pain in my lower part of my uterus.. I dont know if its gas thats what it feels like.. Anyone else have these pains?? What is it?..

I have this weird problem, I don't think its a big one, but it definitely gets my attention. Sometimes the lower left section of my back will make a "stomach rumbling" feeling. This has been going on for 2-3 weeks now. There's no pains what so ever or any other symptoms, just the rumbling. I can't hear it but I can feel it. Sometimes it will do it once a minute, sometimes once an hour. Even more if i pay attention to it.

Hmm..maybe it's gas pain? Although, my lower back did hurt very badly when I was about 11 weeks, to the point where I would have to crawl to get anything or go to the bathroom. It was a sharp pain almost in my tail bone though. i heard abt lower back pain. but is this possible to having upper back pain n sides back pain during pregnancy or because of pregnancy? n sometimes specialy when i m on bed i feel difficulty in breath. for 2 weeks i feel all the time tired. gastric problem is the common problem in pregnancy or should i see gastro doctor? i dont have constipation ( except sometimes) or nauses. but this gas is killing me!!!!!! i m 18 week pregnant and 27 yr old. this is my first pregnancy.

My boyfriend has had stomach pain and cramping in lower right side of his stomach for the past 3 days the pain moves around and lessens but it keeps coming back. we thought it was gas at first but weve tried gaviscon and other antiacids ad its not helping. any ideas?

But whenever I stand for long time or after sleep, I have the feeling of gas accumulation, which presses my pelvic floor causing pain there and the lower back region. Last night, right after work, I started having severe pain in my lower back/right side. I had a terrible time sleeping (cold not get comfortable in any position...hurt worse to lay on my left side than on my right...lying on the left cause my right side to hurt worse.) and woke at 2am in severe pain. My husband gave me 2 advil PM and it eased the pain enough to allow me to sleep in a propped up position. the pain is not nearly as intense, but is still there all day today.
