It started when I heard of a acquaintance passing from a
osteosarcoma. I immediately began to worry
and attempted to brush it off. However after returning to the gym from a long hiatus I noticed the aches and pains from my few days of working out weren't going away and i refrained from going back.
My aches were primarily in my calfs, shins, forearms, and triceps. But I also had pain in my biceps, thighs, hamstrings, calves, lower back, and shoulder.
