77 year old man, 150 lbs., history of chest pain, coronary calcium score of 12.21 ascending aorta is enlarged to 44mm. Is this considered an aneurysym? What is normal for a person of this size? left foot and ankle stayed grossly swollen. MRI stated that COPD is "suspected". Any thoughts on this?

Yes I did and what worked for me personally was to put everything I had into getting better. Everyday I spend hours just doing various exercises. So far I've made a pretty good recovery only have mild foot drop with no hand extension yet.
