I'm so scared about being put on a bypass machine for mitral valve repair in a week. How do people deal with this fear. Scared that my heart won't restart. Im healthy but still can't stop thinking about it.

I still suffer from the same problem, a pain kind of on top of my foot where the foot meets my shin, but feels like its in the joint. As a real klutz who goes barefoot at least indoors, I do sympathize.
