I have changed my diet by eating oatmeal, picking on nuts, only have brown rice and whole wheat pasta and looking for cereal high in soluble
fiber. Since I incorporated high fiber foods in my diet, I have alot of bloating and gas. I dring about 8 glasses of water a day, but still have alot of gas pain. Is this normal?
Also, since I take fish oil every day (GNC brand - 900 mg), should I still put flax seeds in my diet? Do I need both? If not, which is better to fight cholesterol?
