Her neurologist doesn't think the medicine is the cause of the nausea, though it could be aggrivating whatever is causing it.

t calming her down any, and she did not refil the prescription. 2 months later she had another bad dream and the doctor was notified. He then prescribed exelon.
My question: If she does not have Alzheimer's disease, why would he prescribe either of these medicines for her? If this is dimentia, aren't there other drugs out there for that or even drugs that have a claming effect? From what I have read about excelon, I am not sure if it is compatible with her heart medication.
can i combine 225mg. of effexor xr with exelon or dexamphetamine to help my sedated or lethargic condition?
It would be helpful if the Exelon Patch advertisers didn't feel it was necessary to have their information on continual scroll. There is a reason why I don't read rolling credits at the end of a movie, too. They usually roll too fast to read and simply hurt my head and can trigger migraines. Most of the time I don't see rolling adds, but when I do, I'm put off. Uh...I did not search for anything that would have had anything to do with this particular advertiser.
I feel at such a loss in trying to help my Mother. I've gone back to Neurologist and am awaiting his advise, but he doesn't appear to be emphathetic to this issue. Her GP defers to the neurologist. My 81 yr old Mother in middle to late stage Alzheimer's. She is not on any anti-anxiety med except for Paxil which was prescribed about a month ago. She gets aggitated during the day at times and especially sundowners time.
Thank you. I notice you are in Cleveland and have a question regarding Mom. She has been treated for the last few years for Alzheimer's with an Exelon patch. I am not sure why she isn't on any other therapy but this is what her family doc has her on. She has not been "formaly" diagnosed however, the stress of the situation with dad has sent her downward very quickly. Unfortunetly without him, her anchor, her condition has become severe.
Never had a problem until now. He started with temp memory loss and the doctor put him on 2 Exelon Patches per day to help him with the memory loss and also he now on Oxcarbazepine 300 mg. My question is with him taking these two type of medications he is still having seizure and cant sleep. Me as a mother do know what to think and do to help him. Can someone help me with this.
My weight is stable, I do experience periods of extreme fatique, I wake with swollen eyelids every morning, I have short but very painful headaches and seem to be a little more forgetful than usual, experience breast tenderness and pain off and on more lately. I use an estrogen patch due to a total hysterectomy many years ago. Otherwise I am fit and normal weight/height ratio. Thank you for your advice.
How many times can blood patch be done? What kind of doctor is responsible for this treatment? How many days need to pass between the treatment?

recently an orange patch showed up on my stomach. I have had another spot like this on my leg for a long time but I never thought anything of it until this recently showed up. It has an orange color and it kind of has the appearance of a hickey. Does not itch or hurt. What could it be??
12 days ago I had an accident with a high powered pressure washer that removed a patch of skin off my calf down to the fat layer. The rectangular missing patch is roughly 1.25" X .5". I began treating it with Neosporin and covering it at night and when outside. Inside during the day I had uncovered it to let it dry. No infection at all. The rate of closure on the wound seems to be very slow.
My retinal specialist diagoses me a atrophy patch in my right eye. He only told me that because of my myopic streached retina the blood supply in that area was to weak and that the photoreceptors died.
I do see a patch blind spot, but i can't define if is in my central vision or peripheral, because i see the wave in the ambler grid, but in the real life i won't recognize the letter or anything sharp in that area anyway.
