if your talking about 2+ (or 4+ depending on the lab test) the presence of oligoclonal bands always indicates an immune response which must be further investigated, your central nervous system is actively involved which is diagnostic evidence of a physiological not psychological causation and has nothing to do with mental health conditions as far as i'm aware!

I asked the health advisor here what type of test they used when they tested me at 28 days. She was a little taken aback I asked and said it was just a normal antibody test.
It was only after I tested outside the window that I found out the test they use is a combined Antibody / P24 Antigen test.

I am convinced it is herpes and my GP thinks it probably is too but wasnt sure. I just want the diagnosis and to know which type. Now ive booked for a blood test in London but its £160 (no blood tests avaialble on NHS) and they tell me its the elisa test/biokit. My question is: Is this elisa test worth paying this much for? they tell me its type specific but is it accurate..anyone know?
25, he took ELISA test twice in a hospital, one of the test result shown negetive, the other was chromogenic, so cannot reach the negetive standard.
On 2.27, he went to the other two hospitals for testing. One hospital's test result was one negetive and one positive, but the test method was unknown; the other hospital's test result was not so good.
So he went to the latter hospital for another test on 3.4. On 3.5,the result came out: the DIGFA shown negetive and ELISA was positive.

In our country, a majarity Doctor hold the point that the symptom is the mainly diagnosis basis, and the heper's blood test was unaccuracy, what's your point about it?
Without considering the PCR results, your negative ELISA at 29 days reduces your risk to less than 1 in 22,000 and while the true sensitivity of the PCR is unknown (the manufacturers of the test do not claim it is for HIV diagnosis, the lab does; the PCR is not a test commercially licensed for this purpose and which has not been evaluated in large studies of the sort that give us the figures we use for considering performance of antibody detection tests).
09 really is not a positive indication of HSV-2. The official recommendation of the test manufacturer is to consider a test positive if the HSV-2 OD ratio is over 1.1 (yours actually isn't quite there), but the test is not reliably positive unless the value is 3.5 or higher. At 1.09, there's probably about a 10-20% chance you have HSV-2.
It's also pretty clear from your description that your ObG is not up to speed on this issue, or on herpes in general.
