Avatar n tn They start showing up under my palms and on my feet, and soon spread to being clear bumps with clear liquid inside between my fingers and on the sides of my feet and toes. I sweat a lot on my hands and feet, and that is where they show up. They do not itch, except when they get really bad, like lately- then my palms and sides of my feet itch like crazy. Here are a few pictures of what it looks like right now. Any help regarding what this is and how to deal with it is greatly appreciated!
Avatar n tn This is in response to the many people out there with the same thing, I have suffered at the hand of these blisters for 16 years, and have outbreaks from 1 or 2 on my fingers to many hundreds on the souls of my feet to the point my entire soft soul of my feet where covered in them, at the time I put the bad outbreak down to being homeless and put it down to not changing my socks as often as I did, I have had very small outbreaks of 1 and 2 here and there but when I separated from a partner in
Avatar m tn I have severe thickening and cracking of skin on hands and now on my feet. This started in July of '09. I have worked construction my whole life and is really becoming a major problem. I have seen 6 dermatologists and NONE can explain what is wrong with me. Everything that has been prescribed does not work. One Dr. said that this is frictional dermatitis and prescribed Urea in 50 % emulsion with 6 % salicilic acid and does nothing. Another Dr.
Avatar n tn About a year ago I began getting really itchy bubbles pop up on my feet, mostly at the arch, some on the big toes and then I got them on the palms of my hands. If I leave them alone I get really big red spots under the skin where they were, but if I pop them (a clear fluid comes out) the itching feels better but the skin begins to peel.
Avatar n tn The rash on my feet stays on the top and sides, but not the bottom. The red dot rash does not blister on my feet, but too is very, very itchy. I use a steriod cream which does help and will stop the itching and clear it up, however it comes back often..which can be 3 or more times a month. Can anyone help me find out what this is?
3154277 tn?1494212160 Intense itching starts first in my feet and them my hands...started about 2 weeks ago. In looking for cause and effect I notice a link between episodes and wearing SuperStore "Joe" flipflops... my feet get intensely itchy after a short time wearing these flipflops in sunlight (so it could actually be either of those two variables). Could it be the chemical composition of the flipflops and/or sunlight triggering my reaction?
Avatar n tn I came across this quite by accident. Not a cure but giving me relief as I've had this condition on hands n feet for years. Had been putting Vicks on kids heels when they had coughs and discovered itch dying in hands. After 3 days there is just a redness under the flaky skin and remaining blisters are not itchy. I'm hoping they go away without the scratching and puss n infection this time! Hope that's of help to u fellow sufferers!
Avatar n tn Updating you on my dyshidrotic eczema on my hands and bottom of my feet. I was using the steroid cream my dr gave me and following your advice about washing my hands and using a good lotion. Nothing was working and I felt like actually getting worse. I had some Zyrtec and started taking one a day for a week and it's basically working!! Very few itchy areas pop up once a day or less! Thanks for the advice!!
Avatar f tn He may not realize he might have eczema. This is a lifelong condition and the only real practical way to deal with eczema is through diet. Look up things like "foods not to eat with eczema" and "diet for eczema". The general consensus is that gluten and dairy should be avoided. I wish conventional doctors would tell their patients this, because not eating gluten and dairy is the only long term solution that helps me. Make sure you do the research, though.
Avatar m tn Pompholyx primarily involves the hands and fingers and then may involve the feet. The first stage is acute and presents as itchy blisters on the hands, fingers and toes. Then the chronic stage shows more peeling, cracking, or crusting. Then the skin heals up, or the blistering may start again. The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized.
Avatar m tn s characterized by extreme itching on the hands, feet and legs. If she scratches on it, they get very swollen around the itching area. Naturally, this has quite a negative effect on sleeping and appetite. I know she eats a lot of milk, cheese, coffee, and tomatoes but rarely fruit and other vegetables. Meat's also been reduced recently, since three quarters of the family turned vegetarians.
Avatar f tn I've been going nuts with itchy hands and feet for days now I just started doing, and using whatever I could to help me.. I looked on these forums and had no luck.. Here's what is working now for me.. I soak my hands and feet several times a day in ice cold, and very hot water then I apply icy hot although it doesn't make the itch stop completely it definately makes it tolerable.
569705 tn?1217017492 I have had it since Aug 2007. The dr. gave me pamphlets on hand eczema and the paper said that some eczema is associated with a fungus that also affects the soles of your feet. When I intially went to the dr my feet where already infected. The nails on my hands are also discolored and grow in what I can only describe has "ripples" and crumble off. I have been seeing this dr since January and am not happy with my progress.

Avatar f tn It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
Avatar f tn It’s been a few months that I started peeling on my hands and feet. It started on the same finger on each hand and everyday a different finger will start peeling. The weirdest thing is that whichever finger will peel from my right hand will also peel from my left hand. After 5 days and all 10 fingers were peeled, my feet started peeling...! Now it’s been almost 3 months and I keep on peeling.
Avatar f tn I have had eczema on and off since I was little but it was always the red itchy rash on the inside of my arms and legs. Now it has changed form and is on my hands as larger red dots that cause cracking of the skin and peeling as well as covering my feet in puss-filled itchy bumps. I went to the doctor for my hands and he gave me high powered topical cream and it was after using it for a couple days that the condition appeared on my feet.
Avatar n tn This is ALWAYS accompnied in the first 2-3 days by a spotty rash across my stomach and chest, and a dark red and hot rash on my inner thighs. In the worst cases, I also get a fever. I've been to a doctor several times, and they just tell me to take Cortizone cream. Somehow, it just doens't seem like exzema to me.....this is always so severe, itchy and hot, and sometimes with fever. Any ideas?
Avatar f tn it is slightly red and now is flaky and has almost like little papercuts...my hands feel very dry, and i have moisterized but it doesnt seem to help and now it has spread towards my thumbs staying close to the base of my fingers. Is this just dry skin or is it fungal or something?

Avatar m tn I have been getting painful bumps. First on my Ears, then my hands and then my feet, some are larger, others smaller, initially it was thought that there were cysts on my ears but that was later ruled out by a physician. They are red in color ,they itch, sometimes burn, cause me pain and swelling as well as. Heat seems to increase the pain and swelling but oddly cold relieves the pain and swelling.
