I am 43yrs old and was treated for stage one prostate cancer last year. I had agressive treatment with a combination of external radiation and Brachytherapy. I now on Uromax tablets (Tamsulosin Hydrochloride 0.4 mg) which is causing me severe pain when ejaculating. Please advice if there is anything I can as I am still very young.
Considering your low PSA levels, there are certain conditions that may make PSA levels low, even when a man has prostate cancer. This can occur if a person is taking drugs used to treat BPH or other conditions like Proscar or Avodart, when a person is taking certain herbal medicines or supplements or in obesity.

Mines ok as actually was diagnosed with prostate cancer which was the cause of the enlargement. I had 45 radition treatments and am ok. I had the lowest type of cancer in that area that a man can get and they did catch it early. Now my problem is the radiation burned my prostate causing scaring and have more pressure but im ok.
No, massages wdn’t affect spread of prostate cancer into the bones. Unfortunately, as you have surmised, this is not good news at all - once prostate cancer has metastasized into the bones, it’s not curable. However, there are now a number of new drugs (as well as hormone therapy) that can kind of keep the cancer at bay for awhile. Only his Dr can tell you what his prognosis is, and if he sounds kinda vague about it, that’s cause it’s very hard to predict how a patient responds to treatment.
The first doctor I spoke to said BPH and put me on some drugs and suggested I could have a TURP surgery auger out my prostate to make it possible to urinate. I thought something wasn't right about the Diagnosis and talked to another Urologist who said it was "probably" BPH and TURP was probably the right procedure but if I was concerned I could have a biopsee (Spelzed?) done on my prostate to see if there was cancer present.
