m sorry Ratnakar, it must have been a typo error, i mean i do not experience heartburn anymore only for the first few days, since 2 days ago, my meals are as follow,
oat with soy milk for breakfast + one
banana, Rice noodle with slice fish for lunch & dinner, supprisingly, the feeling has gone. but i'm afraid if i return to my normal diet, it'll trigger the feeling or symptoms again, i haven't try yet.
