I did not eat chocolate or anything else with caffiene. and brocolli, cauliflower and sauerkraut DEFINATELY made him gassy. I think those are the only things I couldn't eat.

Avatar f tn But my mom in law told me to make a piece of toast and (if your not allergic to nuts) put some peanut butter on it. and let it melt a little bit. eat it slowly and take your time with it. it worked wonders for me!! give it a go (if your not allergic). Good Luck Hun!

For a snack we would have celery with peanut butter and raisins, they would eat finger foods pretty well, and peanut butter is a pretty healthy yummy snack, so they thought they were getting something sweet. For breakfast I would make them a whole grain waffle and let them pick which yummy snack to put on the top,, strawberries, blueberries, ect. And the dipping idea is great, mine always loved to dip.
