Wanting to help her feel better I got her the Clinique Acne Solutions 3 step process. She used it for 2 days and now it appears that her face in burned...some spots worse than others. How do we treat this? I made an appt with a dermatologist but we can't get in for a month. HELP!

Hi. What is your son's diagnosis? If he has acne or rosacea a course of oral antibiotics from his doctor may be effective. Clinique have lauched a new range of products called Redness Solutions. Using their cleanser and moisturiser will reduce visable redness of the face. I also recommend Eucerin's Redness Relief cleanser and moisturiser, which is a bit less expensive.

this time after I got rid of the sty and went MONTHS without wearing make-up, I finally went out and bought new make-up and the very next day of wearing the eye makeup ... I got a sty again!!!! Does anyone know what this could be a result of ... is something other than make-up ... or am I allergic to whatever is in it?

I started breaking out the last couple weeks of my pregnancy & after I had my daughter. My face looked really bad. I use Clinique & it works really good. I have sensitive skin & I love clinique. It's kind of expensive but it works. Now I am 38 weeks with my 2nd child and every time I break out I use my Clinique & my face clears right up.

Hi moms,,, I am 7week pregnant and I am suffering from acne..all over my face cheeks and chest...Is there anything can I do to remove it or reduce it other than medications or acne cream because my doctor did not advise me to apply any acne cream during this trimister..but it bothers me alot..

I've pretty much told everyone on here that my acne is bad and only getting worse!! It seems to be only on my forehead with minimal breakouts on my chin and cheeks. But its horrible!! I've never had bad skin so I don't really know what to do. I wash my face twice a day, use moisturizer and that doesn't seem to help. have been on roaccutane for 3 weeks now, I tablet a day, from by derm, cos apparently i have perorial dermititus, after 2 months on doxy and 3 months on minocyline, and my rash (on each side of my mouth) are getting bigger. should i go back on minocycline. And if so, can i take minocycline straight away after stopping roaccutane.

Of course, pores are necessary in various ways but, my problem is that I have to wear make up to fill in my pores because they are so unattractive and, it makes people think--if they can detect that I am wearing makeup--that I am gay or some weirdo. I cannot possibly wake up or before going to sleep sneak off in the dark to put on this clinique product so that a potential girlfriend does not quit on me on account of my unattractive face. And, that is just it.

ve had once about a year ago as well. I have mild to moderate acne on my face. I do get nodular/cystic acne, mostly along the jawline, around my ears. Occasionally I get it on my forehead or chin area. Generally I just use an acne cleanser usually twice per day and deal with it. I dont have acne this pregnancy but I had awful acne with my 1st. What helped me was switching my face wash. I switched from clinique to peter thomas roth anri aging cleanser and havent looked back.

I am the same way, same problem areas. I've heard other ladies say Proactiv is not safe. I know it works wonders and I would be so happy if I could use it. I'm just going to the store and going to look through all the acne solutions and whichever doesn't have the Salicylic Acid I'm going to buy it up. My problem is I don't know what other ingredients I'm supposed to watch out for. Guess I'm going to have to google... Good luck!

i have suffered from acne for the last 12 years, due which i have got large pores on my cheeks, can you please suggest ways in which i could minimise those.

About a month I ago I purchased Neutrogena Naturals Multi-vitamin Moisturizer, thinking it would be great for my skin because I have no acne at all. I dont apply any makeup to my forehead. After two days of using it I started noticing little red dots all over my forehead which is where I apply the moisturizer every night. I didn't think much about the dots and stupidly aplied the same amount every night for a week or two.

Yes! Makeup and sunscreen. Its kinda self conscious inducing because people don't understand if I don't wear makeup I feel like my skin looks totally different. Its blotchy and i have even had to start using concealer too. I use the heaviest coverup grade foundation. I know its not that good for my skin but I feel really self conscious without it. Shows up in pictures too.

I wash face twice a day with my normal face wash. Also I use a sulfer face mask by acne free. Lush has good face masks too my favorite is magaminty mask that has a cooling mint feeling.

I have heard good things about Clinique, but it never was a product that I used personally. The two products that I have found helpful for breakouts for myself and others I know are either Proactive or Rodan & Fields Unblemish- I believe either one can be ordered online (you can Google for the web site links)- both seem to give very good results.

I had hormonal acne even before pregnancy and when I say it was a bad acne ladies trust me it was bad. I wash my face every morning when I wake up I use the Clinique treatement for acne and I do the same thing at night time. As far as make up I also use the Clinique make up foundation from their acne line. It has been working wonders for me.

Third trimester is the worst! I wash face 2-3 x a day. Use a sulfer mask twice a week. Also clinique acne solution soft spot treatment works well. My bf scrubs my back for me once a day w face wash too.

In desparation my wife decided the other day a total new set of makeup was needed , so I spent another £60 on several Clinique products only t find that the problem shows no sign of going away so easily. I put hot compresses on it and washed the lid of my eye with babywash. I threw out all of my makeup and started fresh. Then, I began getting more in the same eye. They became hard and are now these cyst-like things under my eyelid. Then, last month I got one in my Right eye. It multiplied also. Now it is red and swollen in the mornings.. just like the others. It's painful. I am nervous about my eyes!!! Will the doctor give me antibiotics and drops?

Its probably not helping your skin. Try stoping by sephora and picking up the anti acne liquid foundation and the anti acne primer. ( i personally have oil skin and acne issue pre-pregnancy and this stuff worked wonders for me.) Even tge regular foundation with the primer. I also use a face kit call beauty control by skin logistics. Non sented, and a little bit goes a long way !!
