Well my usage of Motrin as dropped down to 2 Motrin per day after taking the Clarithromycin for 3 days, on the 4th day there was no more need for Motrin.

The chronic mycoplasma infection is easier to treat than the clamydia infection. If it is a clamydia infection it will take a while for the antibiotics to work. God bless.

I am taking clarithromycin for sinus infection but I am taking Tylenol 3 for some different pain.Is it OK to take to them the same time?

Visited the doctor the third day of the infection when I was sure it was an ear infection due to thr completely clogged ear and the presence of fluid which I could feel + the severe pain (strong pulsing). The doctor just gave me Clarithromycin 500 mg and Nurofen (painkiller) which on the first day made the situation worse because my second ear got also infected and totally clogged.
