No bacteria was found on a full urine test. It was perfect. Now I don't get the burn with peeing, though there is a slight burning/hot sensation in my bladder. But if I ejaculate there's a burn afterwards - which is immediately after, then 1 minute later before it calms down.

Having problems with breathing is probably from the acid coming up into your throat and then down into lungs. You should fix this promptly, it may damage your lungs (aspiration pneumonia, with lung scars).

About a month ago I was prescribed a course of Clarithromycin for a skin infection. Since taking the drug I've suffered huge surges of adrenaline, which kicks in like a lighting shot at the point of sleep. It kept me away many nights and I was beside myself with worry. It's now more than three weeks since I stopped the medication (I only completed 2.5 days out of 7) and I find that the adrenaline surges have subsided somewhat.
Clarithromycin isn't the treatment of choice for any STD. However, it would effectively prevent most cases of gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). But not all.

Since our last post, not only was on clarithromycin for 10 days, I was on doxycycline 100mg for 7 days for infected fire ant bite. While on Doxycycline I started to feel urgency to urinate and some dribbling after urination. (I was diagnosed last year for prostititis after being tested for bacterial std's.) I called my urologist and he suggested I go on cipro 500 twice a day for ten days. The symptoms of urinating and dribbling have not subsided.
The doxycycline you took would clear it up in many (perhaps most) cases but sometimes you get a resistant strain for which you would need either moxifloxacin (for mycoplasma) or clarithromycin (for ureaplasma).
I am taking clarithromycin for sinus infection but I am taking Tylenol 3 for some different pain.Is it OK to take to them the same time?
Well my usage of Motrin as dropped down to 2 Motrin per day after taking the Clarithromycin for 3 days, on the 4th day there was no more need for Motrin.
I have urethral, bladder, pelvic and vulvar pain. It particularly hurts when my bladder is full and when I urinate but I don't so much have urgency and frequency. Finally I was checked and tested positive for ureaplasma urealyticum on DNA swab (clear for absolutely everything else). I took a course of Doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 7 days was retested and it came back negative.
0 g is recommended, although most likely 1.5 g would work. If you were only exposed -- i.e. for prevention before the infection takes hold -- 1.5 g is fine.
Of course whether you have or were exposed to syphilis depends entirely on information you don't provide. If you are in North America or Europe and had a heterosexual exposure you are concerned about, the odds are extremely low you were exposed to syphilis. If you're a gay man anywhere, it could be a very high risk.
Being that I have a shy bladder, it took a lot of water for me to force enough urine out for a sample. My bladder was so full it felt like there were needles and knives in my stomach. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to fully drain my bladder until an hour after I had provided an adequate sample. The only reason I bring this up now is that I read chemical epyddtitmtis is caused by urine influx that occurs from straining with a full bladder.
