I sometimes also feel my legs/feet hot and with some pain the back of my legs and buttocks. I am worried that I have something more serious but I cannot find information about STDs with my type of symptoms. Please share any ideas you have. I visited the doctor (urologist) twice and he gave me painkillers plus antibiotics (ciprofloxacin). After 9 days of taking ciprofloxacin I went to a virologist and he have me Bactrim F which I have been taking for 5 days but still very little improvement.
Today I went to the doctor (about 10 days after exposure) with extreme pain while peeing, the constant urge to pee and a sticky discharge; all three appeared over night on Thurs [48 hrs ago] and has never stopped. He even said on the phone to a Registrar that it was 'heavy discharge'. He took a swab and prescribed URISPAS 200mg (3 daily for one week) for the pain and CIPROFLOXACIN 250mg (500mg twice daily for two weeks).
The swelling went and the pain in the testicle reduced but then my left one started to hurt, is that conman for the infection to swap sides. I also have pain in my lower back and lower abdomen and very painful headaches. The doctor didn't seem to bothered about it or even check it over. They have prescribed me another 10 day course of ciprofloxacin.
Hi, I’m really at a loss and struggling with my CPPS symptoms, i have pain during sex so I’ve stopped, always feeling tired and irritable, muscle aches and stiff Neck, pain at tip of penis and lower back.
I’ve been on antibiotics for 3 months and during that time things seemed better, it’s now been three months off them and my life is a misery again, I dunno if I should start them again or try another type, I was on Tamsulosin, Doxycycline and Ciproflaxcin.
first i wake up and i feel dizzy like a mild dull headache at the back of my eyes and a stiff neck at the back of my neck and head , making me feel quite dizzy and unbalanced , also if noticed that im getting like leg cramps and sometimes joint pain in my knees , also sometimes when im still or lying down i notice i get muscle spams and jerking , also my jaw can at times ( but i have braces and could have something to do with that) also my tongue can feel quite heavy , and my chest feels tight
Its gradually got worse and after a few weeks, i had alot of pressure around my bladder and the pressure and pain builds when my bladder is full and goes away with urination.
Sometimes i also get a throbbing/shooting pain in the kidney/lower back area and around the pelvis. I went to the doctors a month ago, thinking it would be a urinary tract infection, was pescribed ciprofloxacin for 10 days, no improvement.
Urine test results come back= no infection.
I tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea at day 5 and day 13 after possible exposure and both came back negative. Slight indication of infection/soreness at incisor site prior to cipro. Docs not back till tomorrow, do I not ingest todays dosage?
However since I stopped the ciprofloxacin and seemed cured, month later it has returned with other troubling signs. Once again, pain in testicle, swollen something that when touched I feel like passing out (concerning) however no sharp pain.. occasionally I can mess with the pained testicle and cause me to pass gas (concerning) which only sometimes relieves the pain/abdominal bloat.
I read online that the combination of Ciprofloxacin and Azithromycin can be dangerous. Is this still the case, if the last Ciprodose was one week before the 2g Azithromycin dose?
After taking the meds for 4 days, I was not feeling better so when I called the dr back, the dr scheduled me for for a CT scan. Results came back normal, and told me my prostate was not even enlarged and there should be no pain. I stopped taking the meds right away, and I started experiencing new symptoms. My tip of the penis started feeling very tender and feels like a burning pain/ache, and also get random aches all around my scrotum, and burning aches around my waist line.
ve been experiencing sore testicles. The pain seems to be in both testicles and goes on and off throughout the day. It is a mild pain but seems to be getting slightly more painful with time, unless that is just in mind.
I went to see a doctor today because I am also currently experiencing balanitis. She prescribed me Lotrimin cream, which I am now using.
i havnt had sexual intercourse since mid october and well i had gotten a urinary tract infection i got sum antibiotcis and it went away,but a few days later the infection was back..i took ciprofloxacin and same thing hapend...to manage this i eat healthy and limit my sugar intake and i drink lots of water. well around mid april i went to the restroom after playing football and while urinating i felt a stinging pain in my testicles.
t gotten my results, yet. I stopped taking the Ciprofloxacin and the Metronidazole, and I feel way better. I still have the occasional pain, and the HIDA scan hurt really bad, too. It didn't click that it could've been my medications until today (Sunday), and obviously I won't be seeing my doc. Is it possible that these medications could have caused me to have a gallbladder attack? If so, will all of these tests find anything?
Good evening guys hope you all will be fine I'm 17 years old and I'm having penis pain and burning in left feet tingling type. I'm sick and tired I have used ciprofloxacin HCL antibiotics aswell as enoxabid but nothing worked having severe pain nearly killing me. I have been masturbating since last months regularly and dry.
But now since 7 days I have stopped it antibiotics pain killers nothing works please it would be great if there is anything that you can help me with it.
