Today i was thinking about side effects of these antibiotics and NSAIDs on liver. i got checked by the way my CBC and LFT. CBC is quite normal but SGPT is raised to 95 (normal 10-43). im afraid why my SGPT is raised? is this sign of only liver damage or relapse???? i think there is relation between constipation and raised SGPT. When i first caught infection in 2003 my symptoms were constipation, fatigue, lack of appetite and my all bloods were normal only SGPT was raised.

I, too, have joint pain and swelling in hands (and sometimes feet) w/femara. I have developed a trigger finger and dequervains tendonitis in bilateral wrist w/thumb pain. Had to go off med for a month and also have sites injected w/cortisone. Never had any of this before. Oncologist said she had seen trigger finger before no dequervains tendonitis?
