It started back then with chest and arms/shoulder pain which resulted in many doctors appointments and an ER visit. They did multiple EKGs, an echo with a stress test and blood work. I left being told it wasn't my heart but wasn't given any answers.
I was told by one doctor that I had fibromyalgia and another doctor said he didn't think so. So, I've basically been in limbo.
I have pain in my left arm and shoulder with numbness, and pain in my right arm. The chest pain is still the same. I have pain in my jaw, back, neck, and upper ribs. I also get tingling in my fingers on my right hand. I don't know if these are signs of a heart attack or the symptoms of what my doctor still thinks it is Costochondritis?
Sometimes there is associated pain to insufficient supply of blood/oxygen to heart cells that is usually chest pain, but sometimes there is shoulder, back and jaw pain. Your age almost rules out any occluded vessels, and if you had a decrease of blood pumped into circulation with a valve disorder, you almost certainly would have other symptoms such as shortness of breath, muscle fatigue, chest pain, etc.
About a year ago I started getting chest, upper back, shoulder and jaw pain. I noticed that the jaw and arm pain in particular seemed to be more prominent about 10 minutes into exercising. I had a stress echo which was normal. Pain is on and off, both with and without exertion. Forward to Summer... the discomfort while exercising seems more prominent again. Went to a second cardiologist for a 2nd opinion and had another stress test. All results were normal.
this is the second week i have had pain in my chest kinda like in my left breast around to the center of my back sometimes under my shoulder blade. when i swallow i feel pain in my chest and my back, went to the doctor on last week basically they couldnt tell me anything cause its kinda hard to describe this feeling.
"Jaw" pain can be a symptom of a heart attack in women, but your pain is constant and under your chin which isn't the jaw. Symptoms of a heart attack in women is jaw pain, nausea, severe fatigue and sweating, but we can also have chest pain, arm pain and numbness. Have you had heart problems in the past? If this really concerns you then it's best to go to the ER.
have had 3 episodes of pain in my jaw & across my chest for about 30 minutes, had a angiogram today & they found no blockages? Is there something else it could be?

You need to see a dr, immediately, my dad died in april in his sleep and he had been having chest pains for months. Even if it turns out to be nothing, it's better safe than sorry, chest pains are not to be taken lightly. Also anxiety will cause you to have chest pains, and panic attacks, i have blacked out before while having a panic attack.
with anxiety and panic attacks chest arm and other pain is normal i have had chest pain so bad put me on my *** just do like i do blood test and doc keeps a eye on things bad side we may never know when its real
but most often just another attack they can get nasty just watch the norm ones there habits etc and you will have a better chance of catching a real heart attack but also remember they change around
I have been have episodes of left chest pain and jaw pain for about 2 months. I have had a stress echo which was normal. I had a cardiac ct with calcium scoring in which my calcium score was 0 and my arteries were clear ( they couldn't see my right coronary artery completely but they assured me it wasn't my heart). I have been on Nexium for my stomach and have been referred to a GI doctor but I continue to have this pain and jaw tightness.
I was admitted to the hospital for the night and had an ecg chest xray and various blood tests inc d dimer and troponin and everything was fine so i was sent home. I saw a cardiologist a few weeks later and had another ECG and echocardiogram and everything came back fine. He said my heart was perfectly normal. After this the GP diagnosed me with costochondritis. The pain i was having in my chest was awful.
For about a year now I have been having stabbing chest pain only occurring at night during sound sleep. I have the tightness of the chest, shortness of breath, back pain, and the pain traveling to my jaw and teeth. I have been to the cardiologist and have had a stress test, and echogram. They had some question on my blood pressure readings from the stress test, so I have a heart cath done. All came back normal.
That typical hernia is up in the diagpragm area and results in pain after eating. Not all herias cause pain.
Perhaps the pain is referred from appendicitis or imflamation of the lining of the abdomen. There are many reasons for the pain. Jaw pain and pain under the scapula( affectionately called your wings.
