Can I just quit taking celexa cold turkey? I have been real tired and just not feeling like myself and I think its the celexa making me feel that way.

I am presently taking 40 MG of Celexa - 20 mg in the morning ane 20 in the evening also taking 1 mg of xanax three times a day (trying to cut down). I have been on these medications for some time. Why is it that sometime I have good days and bad days that I some time that I feel that I need a boost of something. I have tried several antidepresents and this seem to work for me but another draw back is that it has killed my sex life and is hurting my relationship. What else can I do.
Normally I take between 1/2 to 3/4 of a pill. Additionally, I am on Celexa. Thankfully, I do not have a problem with depression, but have been given Celexa since 16 years old when I started with stomach problems-in hopes of calming that down and now in hopes of lowering some of the FMS pain, apparently. Is is possible to have withdrawal symptoms ( dizziness mostly) after only 20 days of Celexa usage? I was put on this med for anxiety. I initially took 10mg for 10 days, then 20mg for 10 days. Then, because I didn't like the side effects (jitteriness, dizziness, and low blood pressure), dropped back to 10mg for 2 days, then 5mg for 2 days. Today, I took 2.5mg for the second day. Tomorrow, I plan to take NONE.
INDICATIONS AND USAGE : Celexa is indicaed for the treatmen tof depression. (There is no mention of it being used for anxiety/obsession) Now, that being said, you might find someone out there that has used it for anxiety/obsession and had good results cause everyone is different. Did you taper slowly off Paxil before switching to Celexa of just stop the Paxil and start the Celexa? Because if you did, you're describing Paxil withdrawal, not necessarily Celexa side effects. Not saying the Celexa would have worked, just asking because it's important to know which is which in case you have to make this choice again sometime.
I do have a history of depression, I usually take Celexa, but I cannot take that while pregnant, and I am really not comfortable taking a prescription antidepressant while pregnant.
