695983 tn?1242774124 Hello ive just started taking these tablets so i know the effects of the medication wont start right away but was just interested into any success stories people have had so i can see light at the end of the tunnel x
Avatar n tn I just started Celexa 10mg a day...5 days ago... Friends of mine who have been on it, have only success stories on it... I hope I will as well... Try it... I've had anxiety for 7 and a half weeks now and I am praying this works... I also take Ativan as needed. I wish you the best... Just remember this is temporary and through this forum we can get through this together!
Avatar m tn Anything positive that has happened since you quit, please share with us. I love reading the success stories, even those that are just starting out with a day or 2 clean and excited about what sobriety has to offer is success. Addiction comes with so much pain, but when we fight for what we want and stay clean, we begin to heal and life changes. Life becomes worth living again. How has live improved for you, since you made the decision to get clean?
461993 tn?1245693352 I'm only on Day 4 C/T off Percs/Vics; I would like to hear/read some success stories as I am sure others just beginning the battle would... Please share.

I feel Iv come far from what I was, learned a lot, gained new friends and people to talk to. I know I would feel great knowing this anxiety can be beaten for good!!!! I would like to see hope for me and others alike! Anxiety has turned my life upside down.. I missed out on a lot the past year!!! I want to know there is hope!!
Avatar f tn I am very new to this type of thing, but I do find that reading pregnancy success stories from other women who have PCOS, really helps me to cope with the fact that I have fertility issues. I am on my second round of 50mg of clomid and Im also taking Metformin. Are there any women who have successfuly conceived on Clomid and how many rounds did it take?
1834120 tn?1422942267 I just wanted to share some extraordinary success stories with everyone. Most of these will ring truer for the older crowd because that is the crowd I belong to (42 yrs and ttc), but they should give hope to everyone who is ttc no matter what your circumstances are. 1. Friend, 43, never ttc, BD for 6 months with her hubby and voila, a beautiful girl, no stim drugs or yoga or fancy positions! 2.
Avatar m tn If it worked before it will again. This is the best indicator of how a medication will affect you. What one experiences may not be your's, because we all respond differently to these types of medications. Don't go by all the horror stories because the success stories far outnumber the bad. Unfortunately we only hear about the bad experiences, people who have found success in a medication have no complaints so they have no reason to post about it.
Avatar f tn Try not to let negative thoughts overtake you! You have been on Paxil and it has helped you. If you need to switch meds YOU WILL NOT DIE even if you feel bad! Do not fear the possibility of having to get off Paxil. I switched from Paxil to Celexa, gradually cutting back on Paxil while upping Celexa. Didn't have any real problem but 1 month and 1/2 later felt suicidal and weird on the Celexa, so back on the Paxil I went.
1475202 tn?1536270977 Sorry, I didn't see your post. Buspar wouldn't have been my first choice, but that's just me. I haven't seen a whole lot of success stories with it, but then, everyone is different, you can't discount it based on that. I have seen a few threads over the years about it, here. Not a whole lot Just out of curiosity, what made you decide on that? That wasn't even in your initial list? Have you ever been on any meds in the past?
Avatar n tn I would be so happy to hear of any success stories from people who have dealt with anxiety on their own too.
Avatar n tn Hi crazygirl! You've replied to an older post here at med help but I wanted to thank you for sharing your personal story. I'm glad the Celexa helped you and you are feeling better. If you begin to have trouble with withdrawel symptoms, you can slow down your taper even more if necessary. And it is good to know that a medication has worked for somebody and they feel so much better that they feel it is time to stop taking it.
15927132 tn?1444239329 Paxil was also prescribes but after 7 months discontinued after I noticed worsening depression as well as a constant who gives a sh*T mentality. Any success stories on discontinuing these specific meds?
