i have been taking zoloft for about 9 days 50 mg and prior to this i was on celexa i now at night sweat my heart pounds and legs shake and twitch how long does this last and is it normal?
My husband quit drinking 5 years ago. After about 6 months. He started getting very mean ,moody and always wanting to leave the marriage. But never did. So just about 7 months ago I was fed up with all the mood swings fighting and his meanness. I told him he needs to tell the dr. About the way he has changed after he stopped drinking. Or I would leave him. Well the dr gave him 10 mg Celexa. that worked for a month. Then started him on 20 mg. with wellbutrin.
m anxious most of the day ???? I also burp quite abit and release gas from both ends. Is this normal as well when a person is feeling anxious all the time???

Hi, last year I started having lots of health issues, prior to that I've always been pretty healty, exercising and eating healthy. I'm 41 years old and in March of 2010 I had brain surgery to clip an unruptured aneurysm. Then 3 months later I had a laparoscopic appendectomy. I also have prostate problems (chronic prostatitis) & stomach problems. And I have been diagnosed with IBS, GASTRITIS, DIVERTICULOSIS.
I'm 33 years old and prescibed Metoprolol for my heart palpitations, which happens everytime I eat food. After all cardiac tests came back normal, she mentioned that it may be stress related. I'm now being prescribed 20 mg Celexa for aniexty. I only take 6.25 mg of Metoprolol, cutting it into quarters, but are scared to take the two in combination. There are so many warnings about not mixing them. My heart rate has slowed down with the Celexa, but I still get the pounding sensation.
I understand where your coming from, prior to my diagnosis i was given Zyprexia, an Celexa. Then after problems with them and i mean major behavioural problems i was Dx an switched to lamictal ana prozac.Pour gas on a fire the prozac really lit me up like the 4th of july.
For about 6 weeks I had anxiety/ depression. I went on Celexa and was able to completely wean off of Klonopin. I felt great for about 3 weeks and actually was really really happy. (It was my 4th week on Celexa).
Well last week a creepy neighbor who was frustrated with a girl in our building (she wouldn't return his calls) emailed her and pretended to be someone else. He said some gossipy things about another girl in our building and about me.
Ok, here are my issues...After having my daughter in June 2004, about 6 months after she was born, I stared feeling depressed and pretty much stopped eating for about a year. I drank water all the time, and ate something about once or twice a week. I lost approximately 85 lbs in one year and 2 months due to this!
I also take Lisinopril/HCTZ, 20 mg of Celexa, 1 Lodrane, and two otc Dramamine (that if for the nausea). I stopped taking Ibuprofen over three weeks ago. I thought things were better, but I have thrown up twice in the last week. It seems that I get nauseous after most meals. Most of the time it does not lead to vomiting. Many times I will wake up at 4 or so in the morning to vomit. The doctors seems to be at a loss as to what is causing the problems. Does anyone have any ideas?
I have been on Celexa 20mg for about 6 weeks. My doc has upped it to 30mg...what side effects should I expect?
I have been on Celexa for about 5 years and went off it a month ago. Started not to feel right and resumed the dosage I had been on at 60mg. I became a nervous wreck (sweats, panic etc) and then i realized I probably should have started back at a lower dose. Would starting at 60mg after not using it for a month cause me to have these very nervous feelings?
Hopefully someone will be able to help me with this. I've been on celexa for about 3 months started at 20mg now at 40 mg. I have been seeing a lot of benefits. However I used to be on cymbalta and no matter how much I went to the gym I couldn't lose weight. I am fixing to start working out again and trying to eat healthier. Does anyone know if celexa hinders weight loss with proper diet and exercise.
I started taking celexa five days ago after going to my doctor for a f/u and completely breaking down bawling like a baby (my mom was just diagnosed with acute leukemia). On day two, I developed a severe headache and very stiff neck. I have had migraines in the past that originate in my neck/shoulder area. So, I thought I was getting a migraine like I've had in the past...I started doing all the things that have worked to relieve the pain before (massage, advil, heat, ice, rest, etc.

I have been a long sufferer of anxiety that comes and goes. I am currently in a "goes" cycle and suffering constant panic attacks and I have myself convinced that there is something wrong with my heart despite having a normal ECHO in January, a normal treadmill stress test 2 weeks ago, a normal 24 hours holter 2 months ago and normal blood pressure and cholesterol. My Dr. prescribed me 20 mg of Celexa which I took a few years ago and helped a great deal.
hi my doctor is putting my wife on celexa for her anxiety and panic attacks, i was wondering does anyone take it and how it makes you feel, she has been taking buspar for 3 days and i think it made her worse and help would be greatly aprreciated
Is 10 mg of celexa a safe medication,,,,will it cause dizziness or othrt bad side effects,,,im also on xanax,,i took 1 pill of celexa last week and got scared and stopped it but decided i better give it a nother try so i took 1 tonight is it a good medication
Has anyone had experience with Celexa. My doctor wants to put me on it and I'd like some information before doing so. I take xanax at present but I've been using it too long and it no longer works. Apparently my doctor feels that my sleep might benefit from using Celexa.
