Avatar f tn How old is your son? Are these baby teeth or adult teeth? I wouldn't pull any adult teeth unless absolutely necessary. Yes, the wisdom teeth could potentially fill in that space but there are complications with that. As the wisdom teeth come in, they don't move sideways into the space but rather, they tilt in and lean in sideways which causes problems with the jaw bone.
Avatar f tn This condition seemed to come up after she had a severe infection with mucous and blood in her stools about 2 years ago. She was very sick for a couple of days in and out of the hospital and then just as suddenly as it appeared it went away without explanation. She had several tests and nothing was ever diagnosed. The only thing that I can think of is that she may have developed the hemmoroid then. Any ways to eliminate the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Avatar n tn One is if you have hypothyroid or Hashimoto's disease, which both mean your thyroid gland is not producing enough hormone, and thus you can get that collection of problems. So, visiting an endocrinologist and getting your thyroid tested is how to find out if it's your thyroid doing all this to you. Two is if you are taking some sort of medication that is giving you these as side effects, so you would review any drug you're on and see if you need to have it changed.

Avatar f tn You really need to seek out a child/adolescent psychiatrist for medication management, as treatment with medications in young people is tricky business with a lot of special considerations. Very best to you hon, please let us know how you're doing!
Avatar n tn I would like to add that many young adults in school get tired from so much studying and this can cause a lapse in memory. I can recall falling asleep during an exam! The best thing you can do to prevent your symptoms is to spend some time away from the books and go out and exercise, which will relieve stress and help you sleep better. You will more than double your memory power by doing this, so do not worry about "wasting time" by regularly being physically active.
Avatar m tn Therefore, while it is good to identify the sources of anger, and resolve it by forgiving yourself and/or others, you can also find ways to release that part of you. Boxing works, go in a gym and put on the gloves and work over one of those bags in there. And when you lift weights, sometimes concentrate on releasing pent-up emotion when you push. I do agree with the above poster, however, the past is the past. ALL of us have a past. It's relative to the person.

1260255 tn?1288654564 I've read people mentioning memory problems, but have not seen one type of memory problem discussed. Do any of you have problems where your memory does not store information? There are numerous occasions when I have absolutely no recall of conversations. This happened several weeks ago when my son called me at work. He told me that the grill was corroded at the bottom. I have no recall of this whatsoever, but his girlfriend was sitting next to him and vouches for him.
Avatar m tn History is replete with stories of unusual behavior in children and adults being ascribed to "the devil," to "ghosts and evil spirits," and to sundry other occult causes. Occasionally, we still read today of well-meaning people subjecting others to exorcisms--even in the western world. Usually, these events come to our attention when the person being cured ends up dead. The death is often followed by criminal charges being laid--and so it should be.

You need to have her see a head injury therapist. There are cognitive things she can do to improve her behaviors and memory. Best wishes.

The causes of a left sided abdominal pain are legion and runs the gamut from diverticulitis, irritable bowel syndrome, kidney infections, kidney stone, bowel problems, like diverticulitis, and constipation, to pain arising from muscles and skin over the left side of the abdomen. I think it is in your best interest to seek medical attention for your newely found pain.
