455058 tn?1310567651 That feature has been available since we launched trackers. If you go to Tracker Settings for that specific tracker, you should see a drop-down for "Allow Tracker to be seen by". If you choose "Only My Friends", then only your friends should be able to view your tracker. Is that what you tried to do and it didn't work?
Avatar f tn The exercise tracker is now available. To add it, go to My MedHelp, look for your trackers shortcut panel, and click Add a Tracker. The new exercise tracker will be listed as an option. Thanks for the suggestion!

Tbd It usually involves cutting all added sugars, grains, sweet fruits and starchy veges. Low carb is defined as less than 100g of carbs per day. Very low carb is 25 - 50 g of carb per day. When you cut carbs you still energy so you get this from increasing your fat intake and making sure you have enough protein. Enough protein can be at least 100g for a woman and probably about 120g for a man. You can use a diet tracker to work out which foods have how much carbs, protein, and fats.
649848 tn?1534633700 When the food tracker first came online, it showed up in a little area on the left side of my home page and I could "quick add" my meals. All of a sudden in that same area, has showed up the menstrual tracker (I no longer have that concern), the water tracker, which I'm not doing AND the asthma tracker, which I don't need since I don't have asthma. Can I get rid of the things I don't need and maybe ADD things that would be helpful - like the thyroid tracker?
Avatar f tn That's a great suggestion. We're actually already working on something similar but it'll be an application you can add to your baby's personal page, similar to a baby birthday ticker. It'll be based on the data that you're already entering into your baby tracker, so keep the data up-to-date and when the application is ready, all you'll have to do is add it. We'll let you know when it's available.

Avatar m tn I went low carb, but not true Keto as I found that too demanding and not necessary. Get a good carb tracker and set a daily carb goal with your doctor. I like low carb because it allows you to focus on what you can eat and not what you can't so much. In my case, a typical 2,500 calorie day equates to an allowable carb number around 200 and I try too keep it under 100 which is not very difficult in time.
649848 tn?1534633700 Med Help has just launched a new Nutrition Application, which will help make it easier to find the nutritional value/calories of the foods you are eating - this should make it easier to keep up with the food tracker; it looks like you can link right to your food diary and exercise/weight trackers. There's an area where you can "ask an expert", as well as a lot of other valuable information.
Avatar m tn Have you tried eating a low carb diet? I know with myself, when I get those kinds of rashes, I eat a low carb diet and a gluten free diet and the rash clears up within a few days. Hope this helps!
534105 tn?1226157177 Your levels should come down after a few days. keep monitoring. In the meantime would recommend eating very low carb to reduce insulin requirements from your pancreas. If your numbers remain elevated, you may also want to let your doctor know in case they would want to adjust your medications.
Avatar f tn Hi everyone! Using the period tracker application since May. I am usually 33-35 day cycle. As per period tracker I was fertile 8/16-8/22 and ovulation should have taken place on the 21. I had unprotected sex with my hubby on the 26,27 and today. Can you get pregnant 3-4 days after ovulation. I know its never precise. Give your insight and has anyone gotten pregnant like this? I have 2 boys and recently suffered a miscarriage back in April at 5 weeks.

570213 tn?1220886977 The only tracker that currently allows members to input data while not on the MedHelp site is the weight tracker. There is an igoogle gadget for the MedHelp weight tracker. We'll be exploring other methods of data input and this is a good suggestion. We'll add it to our list of requested features and let you know when it's available.
