Avatar f tn Is there a way to enter "low carb" or "Atkins" in the "set up" your own diet goals online or via the Android app? What types of diets -- with the specific words'--may we use on the set up page?
1163968 tn?1263772789 d be a real time saver to be able to import that data into your MyDietDiary app or even the web-app and translate the workout logs to "calories burned". It shouldn't be too difficult to extract from the Jefit log the type of workout, compare it to your existing exercise database, then calculate the fitness information, albeit the custom workouts that you are able to create within Jefit may pose as a small problem.

570213 tn?1220886977 The only tracker that currently allows members to input data while not on the MedHelp site is the weight tracker. There is an igoogle gadget for the MedHelp weight tracker. We'll be exploring other methods of data input and this is a good suggestion. We'll add it to our list of requested features and let you know when it's available. If other members are also looking for this functionality, please add a comment.

Avatar n tn Hi - it looks like you're using our Pregnancy tracker. There's not a calorie counter within that app, but we do have a separate app called "My Diet Diary". It's free in the Apple or Google Play store. If you just want a tracker to use while you're on this site on a PC, you can find our Food Tracker here: http://www.medhelp.
5747555 tn?1408727657 Just done - I sent the data from the app (the wifi God willing). The 180 ONLY shows up on the new weight tracker (which, ok, I don't like for variety of other reasons).
Avatar f tn No need to reply for this app *****, I haven't lost any weight at all, all the time I spend on this app just wasted my time, tells me I can go down to 69kg in 4 weeks but been to months and I'm still at 80kg
1262436 tn?1341396687 I am struggling to stop my pregnancy tracker. It says that it is closed but the bit underneath is still going up...and up and up!! I want to close it but not delete it as I'd love to look back on the information in future. I have noticed a few people that I am friends with have managed this but they aren't sure how, apparently it just happened when they wrote that the child had been born. Any information would be a great help.
Avatar n tn We have improved our Moody Me app, if you are referring to the iPhone app, as well as our online tracker. I know you posted in a thread about Android apps, but you can find the Mood tracker (and all of our other apps and trackers) here - http://www.medhelp.

Avatar f tn I have lost some of the functions in your app. I no longer have the choice to add snacks or add to meals/excercise I have already registered. I use an iphone 4s and the app is updated to the latest version. To register on the daily diet page I have to register water on the tracker page then go back to the daily diet page and can add meals or excercise once. Previously there was a plus sign in the bottom right hand corner, this is no longer available. Do you know when the app will be fixed?
1568296 tn?1295471273 m eating and am surprised there is no place to enter or track it in the food diary. Can you add this to the tracker, or is there somewhere else to track fiber (actual grams, not just if I ate it or not)? Thanks.
2060223 tn?1401263754 I have the Diet Diary app installed on my PC using Chrome, and also one on my phone using Android. However, when I enter data into the food diary on my PC, the one on my phone does not sync. Help please? P.S. I don't think it's got anything to do with internet connection because the exercise tracker syncs in just a few seconds and works fine.
Avatar f tn t be able to sync your tracker here and what you input in the app, but we will be offering that in an update within a couple of weeks. We will also be adding the feature to add your own phone at that time. In the meantime, if you add it to your tracker on the site, it will add to the database, so you will be able to find it on your phone. http://www.medhelp.org/land/calorie-counter-app Please let us know if you have any questions.
Avatar f tn Has anyone used the ovulation and period tracker app.. Called " my days x" hoebdoes it work I just downloaded it and I'm do lost.. What doe the flowers and water drops mean?
Tbd It usually involves cutting all added sugars, grains, sweet fruits and starchy veges. Low carb is defined as less than 100g of carbs per day. Very low carb is 25 - 50 g of carb per day. When you cut carbs you still energy so you get this from increasing your fat intake and making sure you have enough protein. Enough protein can be at least 100g for a woman and probably about 120g for a man. You can use a diet tracker to work out which foods have how much carbs, protein, and fats.
Avatar n tn Hi. Is this app helpful for you when you log in your carb intake? Or is there other things that you do? I noticed I can only put if my carb is low , medium or high and it fills the plate but I'm not sure what is considered low , etc...
