when will i be running? when will i be doing 400 lb squats and 1000 lb leg presses in the gym? alot of questions but if anyone knows anything at all let me know PLEASE!

Ok so, when I finally got the surgery and after seeing an X-ray of my leg I had some questions from my own. I asked the doctor why my fibula looked like is still broken on the x-ray. The response was that the fibula was already healing and there was no reason to attach pins or screws to it and also they said that fibula bone does not support the body weight at all.

My mom had a fracture on her left leg. It was compound fracture with her leg broken above her ankle She had a steel rod put in her leg from the joint till the ankle. Got an xray done just of her left leg AP & Lateral view. The report is normal except for the 2 points mentioned as below: 1) Fixating devices are seen in situ. 2) Old fracture of distal tibia and fibula are noted. Not able to understand the above points and need to know if they are normal or is it cause of worry. Please help.

I have still not been able to have my foot lowered for much time with experiencing pain and swelling - is this normal? The evening time is the worst, with my leg being swollen and uncomfortable. Sleep is very difficult but when I wake in the morning my foot feels fine and comfortable. I try very hard to limit my movement during the day and keep my foot up but still by about 7pm my discomfort is intense with a very tight cast, pain in the leg and numb toes.

I was in a half cast, basically on the back of my leg and below the foot for a touch over a week, so I was unable to move my ankle and leg and was on crutches. Then 2 days ago I went to the outpatients department and the doc took the cast off me and told me to start walking on it with the aid of crutches as it isn't the weight bearing bone. He said that the bone will heal by itself without the cast and even with me putting a bit of pressure on it.

My 6 yr old female cat jumped from a tree branch about 5 ft high. She is always jumping up onto ledges or down from them, she jumps very high, always climbing trees, etc. Anyway, her front paw is now swollen and she will not walk on it, she limps all around. Last night we opened our backdoor to find a stray kitty (adolescent male). I noticed he was malnourished and gave him some milk and chicken (all I had for an animal). s leg makes this crunching feeling when you touch/move it, the vet also said she felt that but said it was not broken bones. If not broken bones then what is it? And how long should I expect it to take to be better? I know with humans it can be around 6-8 wks....is it the same with animals?

I used epo and had sex. And no you do not need to be dialated to have your water broke. With my first my water broke and I wasn't dialated at all they had to give me pitocin to make me dialte.

The other day me and my friend were rolling down a hill and she rolled over my leg. Today, I can't run, I can't walk to much, and it hurts to go up or downjust the stairs. I am 36w3d and I need to have dental work done. I have three broken teeth and I would just leave them until after baby girl is born but one of them is super painful so it needs pulled. Anyways I called to get an appointment and they said they would have to do X-rays to see if there is an infection in the tooth. What are your thoughts about X-rays in the third trimester? Has anyone broken their pelvis during pregnancy? I broke mine in a car accident years ago and never had any problems with my first baby. my son had nenmonia which led to ostomialitus and a broken leg. this was all eighteen months ago. he is now 3 and a half years old but still walks with a very stiff leg and can not walk up and down stairs with out putting his hand on his knee to use as a support or for leaverage. he has recovered his muscle lost which happened due to his broken leg.
