I have been sitting home and doing nothing for a month the reason for that is because there's is quarantine in Shanghai and nobody is allowed to go out, I can't even go out and take a walk. So before the quarantine I would exercise regularly. I would play football 3 times a week and I never had any cardio issues or any issues at all while exercising. Now after one month of doing nothing I decided to exercise at home and I found it very difficult.

t know if where you work has an HR department. The CDC shortened quarantine though. They stay to stay home for 5 days when you get your positive (you did) and 5 days later, you can return if you are symptom free or they are decreasing. Perhaps wear a mask. I'd talk to your HR department or boss if this is acceptable to do. The guidelines are much more lenient now. Many have had covid or are vaccinated and the strains are milder.
Has anyone broken their pelvis during pregnancy? I broke mine in a car accident years ago and never had any problems with my first baby. This baby dropped at 28wks and my dr says he is almost certain this baby has broken it again. Now, if you have access to a quick results test that is an accurate test, you would know more.
Has anyone broken their Tibia and fibia? I broke mine two years ago and am still having problems. I have a plate and eleven screws. I am thinking of having them taken out in the hopes that it will releive some of the discomfort. Any information from someone who has done this would be great.
