I get them pretty bad. Especially at night. I started eating a banana in the morning and then 1 before bed and that seems to help some. I think my restless leg is what brings them on still but like I said it's been a little better since the bananas.
I'm 35+5 and two nights ago I woke up with the worst charlie horse . And my leg is still aching from well more like my calf muscle . only in my right leg.
Its funny cuz right when it happens i have to jump out of the bed and just stand on it, it happens majority in the middle of the night lol
I'm 29 weeks prego and this morning while stretching in bed I got a charlie horse in my left leg. Oh my gosh it was the most painful experience I had during this pregnant yet. Has anyone else

hi I am 31 weeks FTM and since 2 weeks ago my back,pelvis and right leg have been hurting non stop, I can't walk properly, can't turn around in bed easily and the only way to sleep without pain is with my maternity pillow (it is heaven)... I also had a prenatal massage, it was amazing but didn't help with my back pain.I feel like a broken grandma. My doctor said its normal, but she says everything is normal. Are you guys experiencing this too?
My horse fell on my leg as we were walking up a hill. She fell with her legs pointed uphill. She rocked back and forth four times before I was able to get my leg out from under her. No broken bones, however the pressure of her weight broke my skin behind my knee. 25 stitches. My whole leg is covered with bruises. The accident happened 12 days ago. My calf keeps filling up with fluid. I have had fluid removed 4 times.
It's normal, legs cramping is common in pregnancy. In my last pregnancy I would get them so bad it was like a lingering charley horse. This pregnancy I've had them a trick I've found to help is if you push your heal down like flexing foot flat. Don't point that toe, for me my leg would charley horse and spasm.
My doctor told me leg cramps are usually from being dehydrated! Try drinking a glass of water before bed.
My daughter was in aaccident where she was on her horse and another horse broke free from his pasture, came over, and kicked her horse. Her horsethen ran into a tree with her still on it. She went face first into the tree and was flung backwards with her feet still in the sturrups.she has sustained both her legs broken, multiple facial and skull fractures, a brain injury and brain bleed .
But the main problem is that it would be a high place to fall from, and some of the awkward ways we fall when we fall off a horse are really conducive to broken bones or worse. I love riding my husband got me a horse as a wedding gift, an she was kept at his grandparents ranch, after baby #2 his grandfather got very sick and couldn't take care of the ranch and we had to sell our horses and most cows, my heart was broken, i cried a lot, so my husband found us another hobby, atv riding, not the same but still fun, im guessing you know people who own horses, why not ask them if you can come over and ride a more gentle horse, or if you are willing buy or trade one of y
Hi there, I was riding a horse and my foot got caught on a panel and the horse kept going. This happened 3 days ago. It's hard to walk. I have swelling and pain on the inner side of my knee. I can bend my knee approx 45°. When I'm sitting or laying down I can straighten my leg but when I'm standing I can't seem to straighten it. My knee cap feels awkward when I try to. When I stand up from sitting i get an excruciating pain and blood rush feeling through my knee.
About two days ago I noticed a bruise on my left leg, upper inner thigh area. Then a day later in gym class I notice about 5 other significant bruises on my inner left leg going all the way down towards the ankle. They hurt when I touch them, and I do not recollect doing anything that would cause this streak of purple bruises. There are no bruises on my right leg.
Omg!! I'm 23 weeks and on occasion while I'm sound asleep I get these charley horse like cramps on the back of my lower leg. It's happened on both my left and right leg. It is SO PAINFUL and the next day my leg feels sprained. I usually just stretch my leg out and rub it until it goes away but everytime it happens I just want to scream! Does or has anyone else ever experienced this? If so, what did you do to make it stop!?
