Hi, I slipped rather badly in the snow 7 years ago and hit my leg (shin) on the step of the platform of a bus I was getting onto. It hurt and bled rather badly - too painful for me to cry and I can't take a lot of pain! Although it happened a long time ago there's a dent where I injured it and its still bruised. Is it likely I've fractured it and should I see a doctor? I've been getting cold feelings below the area and I'm worried about the dent and bruise.

Is it the ppregnancy, my self-esteem, what is it? I cannot imagine this happening for real , because it is beyond painful... Please help me..
I was in a half cast, basically on the back of my leg and below the foot for a touch over a week, so I was unable to move my ankle and leg and was on crutches. Then 2 days ago I went to the outpatients department and the doc took the cast off me and told me to start walking on it with the aid of crutches as it isn't the weight bearing bone.
He said that the bone will heal by itself without the cast and even with me putting a bit of pressure on it.
Oh dear. Perhaps you should not begin this journey in the ER. If there is ONE place in a hospital that LOOKS like a hospital, it's the ER. If the sight of blood makes you lightheaded, I can only say that you're going to be in real trouble because you will be awash in blood. I don't know what defines "gory" talk for you, but when they bring in someone from a head on collision, the talk turns quickly to what I think you may find gory.
Jude is a female mini-dachshund, 5 years old, spayed, overweight at 15 lbs, down from 17. She is on a home diet of roast chicken breast, broccoli, carrot, brown rice and barley. Supplements are omega 3 fish oil, flaxseed oil, bone meal, and bran. It's always bothered me when someone would make her leg twitch (right rear) by petting her in the sensitive area. Of late I can't hardly pet her on the right side without making it twitch, and it's gotten worse.
It happens, but I wouldn't say its normal, none of mine have broken off Thank God.

a few days ago i started to have dreams that end up with some laughing scene and me laughing at it . this big laughter in my dream always wakes me up. before ,i always remembered just having a boring or bad dreams but never happy....and in reality im not happy at all, im having some problems (including broken heart)and im trying to deal wit them ....i also have some health problems....
I keep getting this weird crack in my leg when I move it. It sounds like a joint being cracked (such as knuckles, etc) but it's on the front side of my lower leg, slightly to the right, directly between the knee and the ankle. It will crack pretty loudly simply from me tensing the muscles in my leg and pushing downward (like when I get up after sitting). What in the world is this? There's no joint there so I don't know what's making that noise.
About two days ago I noticed a bruise on my left leg, upper inner thigh area. Then a day later in gym class I notice about 5 other significant bruises on my inner left leg going all the way down towards the ankle. They hurt when I touch them, and I do not recollect doing anything that would cause this streak of purple bruises. There are no bruises on my right leg.
I just feel guilty all the time and i had a dream the other night that the other guy told my bf. At the time i was doubting who was the dad and i told him and he said he wanted nothing to do with it so i never told my bf. I think it would be a bad idea to tell him now i know he would leave me and never ever forgive me, i know how he is. But the guilt bothers me so much sometimes.
