Also weakness. I am a gymnast, and it is ruining my practice. My balance is off, sometimes I become dizzy. I drop things a lot, hard to type (thank god for spell check) its like my hands are discooridinated, and impossible to write.
What throws it off is that I am a gymnast and present well, but not from a gymnastics perspective, in gym I am failing.
Problems seem to get worse or be brought on by heat.
My 5 year old daughter is a squad gymnast and yesterday while trying to do a backwards walk over we heard a big crack from her back or neck. She didn’t cry but it did scare her a bit and she said it was a bit sore but then continued playing.
Today I gave her a hug and heard another small crack which has never happened before. She says she’s fine and not sore and wants to keep doing tricks.
I was in a half cast, basically on the back of my leg and below the foot for a touch over a week, so I was unable to move my ankle and leg and was on crutches. Then 2 days ago I went to the outpatients department and the doc took the cast off me and told me to start walking on it with the aid of crutches as it isn't the weight bearing bone.
He said that the bone will heal by itself without the cast and even with me putting a bit of pressure on it.
I am a competitive gymnast and i go to practice every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes Saturday from 5:00pm-9:00pm but Saturdays are from 1:00pm-4:00pm. We run 15 minutes in the beginning of every practice and do a lot of conditioning. But I have been arriving a little late because of school. (its an 1 hr drive from my house to practice) and I am not losing as much weight as i used to. What are some things I could do to lose more weight?
About one year later I was taken for an x-ray, but it turned up negative for broken bones. I have been having sever wrist pain around the left side of my right wrist ever sense. It hurts most when pressure is applied or with over use (such as to much writing which is not good because every day I go to school and spend at least 3 hour straight writing) but a lot of the time it just hurts.

ve been having problems with my legs(mostly just my right but did happen once in my left) of leg weakness and completely giving out on me. The evening the jerks started my legs were so weak and unstable I couldn't walk at times at all so seems plausible it could be muscular and something that could have depleted with time as I was a gymnast 10 years ago and definitely had none of these problems along with a healthier diet.

Yeah I'm 11 weeks and like my boobs don't hurt, I'm not really sick anymore unless I take my prenatals without food, I don't ever crave anything. The only thing I get is severe headaches. But my baby is a freakin gymnast in there. all my ultrasounds he/she moves around like crazy.
Has anyone broken their pelvis during pregnancy? I broke mine in a car accident years ago and never had any problems with my first baby. This baby dropped at 28wks and my dr says he is almost certain this baby has broken it again. I'm scheduled for csection next week, which is a huge relief with the pain, but he said it could take 6-12wks to heal. Was wondering what other peoples experience was? Did it get better after delivery?

my son had nenmonia which led to ostomialitus and a broken leg. this was all eighteen months ago.
he is now 3 and a half years old but still walks with a very stiff leg and can not walk up and down stairs with out putting his hand on his knee to use as a support or for leaverage.
he has recovered his muscle lost which happened due to his broken leg.
His pediatrition has no answer to this stiffness, walking issue...
Has anyone broken their Tibia and fibia? I broke mine two years ago and am still having problems. I have a plate and eleven screws. I am thinking of having them taken out in the hopes that it will releive some of the discomfort. Any information from someone who has done this would be great.
I am a 46 year old woman who is a non diagnosed bulimic. I do not purge by vomiting but by laxative abuse, and take anywhere from 75-100 biscodyl tablets daily, and have done so since the 1970's, starting at age 11. I was normal weight (gymnast when young) but gradually my weight has increased, even though I purge every day.
I would also try to straighten it out throughout the day by putting it in my left pant leg between my pants and my leg. Anyway... it still works fine now it just has a slight curvature to the left. My question is could there still be complications associated with the fracture or do you think I'm fine? Also do you think it's possible that my penis did not fully develop to it's full potential size due to the fracture?
