Have so enjoyed watching my grand playing tee ball....so proud of him...yesterday he not only hit a home run, but he hit a grand slam...And then he was playing 1st base and got 6 outs..then got the ball run to home plate to finish the game getting a out...I am one proud NONNIE....Sorry just had to brag...

They even laughed hysterically when I asked if a play (Grand slam) was a slam dunk. They loved educating their ol Ma. I rewarded good grades and behavior with MVP baseball cards. Then there was little league. It was a good time. I still follow the Giants some but without the shared enthusiasm I am less passionate. It is fun to read your posts about LSU and know that you have that love for the game and your team. I imagine you with your family cheering happily with their wins.

@cgeorge my sister's baby's father used to hit her, and me, her sister, hated the guy, if is me and is only a sister, I can't imagine ur dad how he feels, just give it some time, and don't worry about that, why don't u stop by his house and maybe if he sees u with ur pregnancy he'll change his mind, I think that when he sees that baby, he's totally gonna change, they go crazy with grand babies ;)))

My 2 1/2 year old grand daughter has had chronic leg pain for a few months now. Its the same leg, same area, and its always at night. She creams with pain and the tears break my heart for her to be in pain and I don't know what to do. There is no apparent bruising that is visible, no falls or any thing of that nature. I was in a half cast, basically on the back of my leg and below the foot for a touch over a week, so I was unable to move my ankle and leg and was on crutches. Then 2 days ago I went to the outpatients department and the doc took the cast off me and told me to start walking on it with the aid of crutches as it isn't the weight bearing bone. He said that the bone will heal by itself without the cast and even with me putting a bit of pressure on it.

Then last week I blacked out and fell down the steps nothing was broken just a bruised butt.. then today at work I was sitting in a meeting and I blacked out. I have three symptoms that come each time. Im very nasuated, I feel like I cant move (like I'm paralyzed momentarily) I always black out and when I wake up im always confused for the first five mins. s my story , i had a broken tibia and fibula as well i was trying tio help a female from getting beaten by his boyfriend , it was slippery oitside my right leg went forward and my left leg went backwards and my big ***( lol ) landed on top of my ankle and distored my ankle and broke my tibia and fibula , i went to the hospital where i stayed two nights then on monday i had to go see the bone doctor at the other hosiptal and told me that your fracture was a bad one .

Does anyone else feel guilty, then extremely stressed, when things like dishwashers, doors etc, break? I just opened the door to let the dogs out and the door came apart so that I had to slam it to shut it and can't use it now...good Lord....I was already stressed out over the broken lawnmower...

Has anyone broken their pelvis during pregnancy? I broke mine in a car accident years ago and never had any problems with my first baby. This baby dropped at 28wks and my dr says he is almost certain this baby has broken it again. I'm scheduled for csection next week, which is a huge relief with the pain, but he said it could take 6-12wks to heal. Was wondering what other peoples experience was? Did it get better after delivery?

my son had nenmonia which led to ostomialitus and a broken leg. this was all eighteen months ago. he is now 3 and a half years old but still walks with a very stiff leg and can not walk up and down stairs with out putting his hand on his knee to use as a support or for leaverage. he has recovered his muscle lost which happened due to his broken leg. His pediatrition has no answer to this stiffness, walking issue...

Has anyone broken their Tibia and fibia? I broke mine two years ago and am still having problems. I have a plate and eleven screws. I am thinking of having them taken out in the hopes that it will releive some of the discomfort. Any information from someone who has done this would be great.

I would also try to straighten it out throughout the day by putting it in my left pant leg between my pants and my leg. Anyway... it still works fine now it just has a slight curvature to the left. My question is could there still be complications associated with the fracture or do you think I'm fine? Also do you think it's possible that my penis did not fully develop to it's full potential size due to the fracture?
