We found Beckett a few months ago as a 9-month-old stray that was malnourished with a broken leg. I took pity on him, while my husband ranted about not wanting a pet behind me, and he's been with us ever since. He's even won over the heart of my husband (in just a few hours, actually, LOL!). He's a blue-point Siamese and is gorgeous!

So yesterday I had no cards read and the lady who did them told me alot about my baby daddy and about my past and how my son's gonna be early but not to early kinda of freaked me out in some ways but was pretty amazing as well she told me that my little man is going to be a healthy little boy which that's all that matters to me

Both my dad and his girlfriend as well as my mom told me I need to get something for myself, because since my daughter was born I haven't gotten anything for myself. She will be 4 on the first of February and I am due with my son on the ninth. I have no idea what to get for myself. I keep looking at things for my kids and my SO. Any ideas?

I knew a chap when I was a kid who had to have this surgery performed on one leg due to an illness that caused leg-length discrepancy. It worked well and his legs are almost the same length now, but he was in agony for a good couple of years, and he can't do any real exercise now - and of course, his stretched leg is very skinny and a mass of scar tissue. As you might guess, I know all this because I've considered the surgery myself.

He said that the bone will heal by itself without the cast and even with me putting a bit of pressure on it. I am concerned that doing that as well as moving my leg around will mean the bones will move and not knit together the same as if I had a cast on it. Just hoping the bone will heal properly, if anyone has any knowledge and can assist it'd be appreciated.

Haha that's great lol. God bless us lol. I'm a hot mess. So glad he puts up with me lol. I am also finding myself less and less of a people person with each pas sing minute. I thought I had no patience for stupid people before, but now I have absolutely no filter and I'm totally fine with that lol. Best of luck to you love, I'm glad I'm not the only one.

If you truly have pain, then you will probably still get them, but they are very easy to get addicted to and will trick your mind into thinking you are in pain just so you take them. Please be careful and in my opinion, start getting off them. If you truly are in pain, there are non-narcotic medications that can help you.

Still don't know how I'm doing weight-wise compared to a couple of weeks ago; the orthopedist took off the cast they gave me in the ER today, and they X-rayed me and put me into a lighter one. I assume I lost a few ounces with that! lol The good thing is that this allows me to type again without accidentally clunking my big cast onto the "option" key and inverting words. It was slow going last week, what with the necessity to correct every line I wrote.

I took my son to one of those yu-gi-oh card trading places so he could play his game with others but as I was watching them play and trade cards or made me think well if one of the other kids was infected with hiv or anything and there trading cards with my son then could they spread the hiv by giving my son a card of theirs or by high fiving them?

s my story , i had a broken tibia and fibula as well i was trying tio help a female from getting beaten by his boyfriend , it was slippery oitside my right leg went forward and my left leg went backwards and my big ***( lol ) landed on top of my ankle and distored my ankle and broke my tibia and fibula , i went to the hospital where i stayed two nights then on monday i had to go see the bone doctor at the other hosiptal and told me that your fracture was a bad one .

And it will not be easy nor quick.You must have patience. Like a broken leg, or a broken arm.....a broken mind takes time to heal. But it will. You must become pro-active in regaining your mental health and you must keep fighting for what you need to accomplish that. You must learn to stand up to the people who dismiss your struggle and if they can't or won't see you in any light except as a silly, nervous hypochondriac, you need to learn how to walk away.

So my baby daddy is throwing me a very smell baby shower. I am so thankful but really don't want then too. They are very very religeious people and told me some mean things about my pregnancy but want to help as much as they can. Just a very small get together. So I was thinking can I give the thank you cards away at the baby shower since I don't know where they all live? And where can I get thank you cards at?

I got mine at motherhood as well. When I bought them a few weeks ago there was a buy two get one free sale.

well she really should see a Vet for xrays to determine if the hip is broken, if this heals wrong she may never get the use of the leg back but it could also be just badly bruised, perhaps some ligament damage(?) without an xray its hard for me to advise you. if its only muscle injury, it will heal itself. but if its broken than she will have lasting damage.

i don think i have broken my leg because i can walk around.nd when i touch and feel my leg i dont think its broken.htere is easy and free movement just that it is swollen.is it possible to have swellin even if there is no fracture? in case there is swelling is it wise to imerse my leg in warm water as there are bruises on my leg and getting scared that water might go in. Has anyone else had a wishing well type thing (similar to at a wedding) where people can give cash gifts instead of actual gifts? Alot of my friends are worried about me getting doubles or stuff i dont like so i thought of having a wishing well so my partner and i can just go out and buy what we need after the shower. People who dont want to give cash can of course still bring a gift if they choose. Any thoughts or experiences with this?
