. At points in my life, I've tried to make an effort to drink more water, and all it did was cause me to feel ill all the time, and urinate a lot. As I said, I don't drink much water (or liquids in general, for that matter) but eat a lot of greens, vegetables, berries, and some fruit. I rarely experience "thirst"...
