Anyway I did breast feed afterwards (for 18 months) and I started doing
Bikram Yoga. It is a very intense form of
yoga practiced in a 105 degree
room for 90 minutes. I LOVE IT! I have been going for 5 years now...
Firstly you lose anywhere between 300 and 500 calories a day from nursing and between 500 and 800 calories from Bikram so I lost all the weight and then some in 6 months. Before I knew it I was back in a size two, no stretch marks, no saggy skin- bikini ready.
