Because I had been previously diagnosed (and treated with 1000mg Amoxicillin three times daily) with a sinus and left ear infection about a month earlier he suspected that I could possibly have some type of resistant sinusitus and prescribed Augmentin XR (1000 mg) 2 pills twice a day. I had oral sex again with the asymptomatic guy again on 4/11. I was informed by the guy who developed gonorrhea of all this today, 4/14, and have not had sex with him since before his symptoms began.
The augmentin probably isn't working as it may be a viral infection by your description. Sometimes these things take a while to go away.
since i only had the 2-mg tablets, i could not titrate at this point to 4.5 mg or 5 mg. when i went up to 6mg (3 tablets), i felt so much better and actually had one of the best days of my life!
i was just wondering where 6 mg Xanax fits in the continuum of Xanax. is it a high dose / average dose / worrisome dose /okay for a couple months / "other"? i get conflicting information about this.
Help me I had a skin culture done for Bacteria and it came back with
1) Klebsiella pneumoniae ( HEAVY GROWTH )
2) Escherichia coli ( HEAVY GROWTH )
Now I have taken Augmentin xr for 2 wks along with Gentamicin ont no change in skin color still red and when water comes in contact gets redder! So doctor now has me on Augmention 875 and gentamicin cream the dosage is augumentin 2x day and gent cream 4x days !

I am on Yasmin, the 28 days one. I just finished my course of antibiotics [Augmentin] - took the last pill this morning. I also took the last of my active yasmin pills in the pack last night. I will drink my first inactive pill tonight, BUT today I had unprotected sex. What should I do? I just bought Norlevo emergency contraception (single intake 2 tablets). But if I take it, I won't be able to see if my period does come.
I have a yellowish thick penile discharge and a slight burning with urination. Since I could not see a dcotr yet, I started taking augmentin 500 mg that I had at home, but read that I should take a unique does o 3 g. am I supposed to take 6 tablets of 500 mg or what? I got really sick, and my doctor put me on the antiobiotic Augmentin XR(Amoxicillin clavulanic potassium). I am also taking some tylenol for fever. I was wondering if all these drugs are safe to take together. Specifically, will my potassium levels be altered to a dangerous point? I've heard ambiguities about birth control and antibiotics. Can I take 2 75mg tablets of Venlafaxine HCL (not ER) at night? What might be the problems with doing this?
My prescription says 1 at night, 1 in morning. I had started this prescription 2-3 months ago and stopped because they made me very sleepy durng the day. My care is currently through my Family Doctor. My last two HA1C tests were 7.2 and 7.4, and creatinine was 1.1. I am taking Metformin XR, 1 gm twice a day, total of 2 grams (four 500 mg tablets). Yesterday I had took a cbc and lft test.Everything came back normal except mchc and mpv in cbc.Mchc was 35.4 g/dl where normal range is 33-35 g/dl and mpv was 12fL where normal range is 7.2-11 fL & in lft Total Bilirubin was

I have seen questions related to the tapering of the withdrawal of regular Xanax tablets but have not seen answeres regarding the taper from Xanax XR. I am on Xanax XR (which I think is a wonderful drug which has helped me with my panic disorder and slight agoraphobia). When a patient tapers off this drug how does that work since the lowest dosage seems to be .5 mg? For a slow taper would a doctor use immediate release xanax?
I have been taking Seroquel xr 150 mg for about a month with no problem, all of a sudden i have started getting bad muscle spasms that last hours. I can't take it any more, i just take my Prozac and that alone is not helping. Is this a common side affect? will it go away? why did it start after i had been taking the medicine for over a month with no problem?

I was wondering if anyone else has taken Augmentin. I was prescribed it for a double ear infection. Originally I was given acetic acid drops but they aren't working.
I plan on calling my OB in the morning to double check. They are pregnancy category B. Although they are thought to be safe not many studies have been done on them. I'm nervous about everything. This is my first pregnancy and I am only 18.
