s tests and I was diagnosed with syphilis. A private doctor prescribed me augmentin xr 1000 for 14 days. When one month has passed after the treatment I had another tests in other clinic and results for syphilis were negative, however I suffered some sort of urticarias, which I guess were an allergic reaction from the antibiotic and I went to see another dermatologist, who said that I still might have syphilis. I went to her clinic she made tests and confirmed that I still have it.

I have some weird smell in my upper palate and the top of my rhinopharynx after taking Augmentin 1000 (Amoxicillin + Clavulanic acid), 2x/day for 5.5 days to cure my Helicobacter and gastritis. I took the last pill ~40 hours ago, but still got this ... strange, foul smell, and it drives me nuts!
Help me I had a skin culture done for Bacteria and it came back with
1) Klebsiella pneumoniae ( HEAVY GROWTH )
2) Escherichia coli ( HEAVY GROWTH )
Now I have taken Augmentin xr for 2 wks along with Gentamicin ont no change in skin color still red and when water comes in contact gets redder! So doctor now has me on Augmention 875 and gentamicin cream the dosage is augumentin 2x day and gent cream 4x days !
I got really sick, and my doctor put me on the antiobiotic Augmentin XR(Amoxicillin clavulanic potassium). I am also taking some tylenol for fever. I was wondering if all these drugs are safe to take together. Specifically, will my potassium levels be altered to a dangerous point? I've heard ambiguities about birth control and antibiotics. I just want to make sure the mix of medication will not adversley affect anything.
My care is currently through my Family Doctor. My last two HA1C tests were 7.2 and 7.4, and creatinine was 1.1. I am taking Metformin XR, 1 gm twice a day, total of 2 grams (four 500 mg tablets). I take 1 gram in the morning and 1 at night. My blood sugars tend to run high in the morning and decrease during the day. I was wondering if anyone else has taken Augmentin. I was prescribed it for a double ear infection. Originally I was given acetic acid drops but they aren't working.
I plan on calling my OB in the morning to double check. They are pregnancy category B. Although they are thought to be safe not many studies have been done on them. I'm nervous about everything. This is my first pregnancy and I am only 18.

I was diagnosed with tendinitis and given Voltaren-XR and Percocet. For the 1st 2 days the pain got better and at one point on the 4th day I forgot I was hurt. The next day I felt some discomfort but went away after a walk. I decided to ride my mountain bike for some cardio. I noticed some pain but not to much just discomfort. That night the pain was horrible again and was out of Percocet. I then called the Orthopedic and told him I needed some more pain medication to be able to sleep at night.
There are some supposed posts on Tumblr that say you can burn 1000 calls by doing them, is it a crock of sh*t or legit?

It may be Augmentin or it may be something else. I think you should mention this to your doctor.
4 days on augmentin 825 for a chronic dental infection (now a bone infection), I started having major swelling in my hands. This is new, I've never had swelling like this. Yesterday my one hand looked freakishly red and swollen. It was so swollen, that when I straightened out my hand (which was difficult), everything turned white, inbetween the redness.
Anyway, I tried going off the augmentin (I'm taking it in conjunction with clindamycin), and today I feel much less swollen.
Furthermore would the antibiotic Augmentin XR 875mg work to cure NGU? I have read numerous posts and the general attitude is that there is very little to no risk of contracting anything.
But i wanted to ease my mind because shortly after (aprox. 5 days) I feel a tingling in the head of my penis when I urinate. There is no other pain or discharge. Best way to describe it is that I feel like i have to pee again shortly after i go.
I'm not sure if I was clear. The intercourse was not oral but rather virginal in it's entirety. To be clear we had sex more than once but during the same the condom broke on 1 occasion. The unprotected sex was brief but the overall encounter was not (we spent several hours together). During the remaining period I wore a condom.
My main concern is, assuming I am infected with HSV2 by this individual, the increased risk I would have in contracting HIV.
