Hi I am 13 yes a very young age and you might wonder why I am asking this. I have liked girls all my life been aroused by them and everything but something WIERD happened when I was with friends watching a movie and it had gay people in it. And my stupid mind asked it self am I Gay? Or Bi? This is when it started and I've been really anxious I don't want to be gay, I want to have a family and be successful in life.
My relative (82 years old man), had a fever of 39 deg C one night and pain in lower right abdomen, and ultrasound showed his intestines at this part to be swollen and infected (the doc suspected appendicitis, but it was not), and he is currently on antibiotics and panadol right now. He told me that he had pain in his mid-abdomen when young too, not continuing, but on and off. And that he is very tired in the time period around his stroke until now. (start 2008) What could be the problem?

Went to my OB they told me go to the ER so I did and they said I have appendicitis they're keeping me over night and talking to a surgeon in the morning about risks and then going in to surgery...m I'm 23 weeks pregnant and scared they will hurt my child... please prayers for my child and I..
During the first episode, the pain was so bad he could not walk. They suspected appendicitis, but an ultrasound turned up nothing and surgeon determined it was not appendicitis. During each episode, the inflammation markers in his blood rise (ESR 20, CRP 67), but then fall to normal levels after the episode ends. An X-ray showed nothing.
Exactly 4 weeks later I developed appendicitis and had it removed via laparoscopic surgery, the surgeon said it was "messy in there". I have had no other symptoms suggestive of HIV.
My concern is the appendicitis was due to lymphoid hyperplasia (swollen lymph tissue) caused from a viral infection (HIV) given it occurred so soon after exposure.
It seems a bit out there to consider them related however I do see it as a possibility, but was unable to find any studies to confirm.

I am very depressed about this because it is very frustating when you don't know what's wrong with you, espicially because I have a young child and little support as her dad works away. I will definatly make sure my doc books all those scans and blood tests.. I am also trying to get a second opinion.My doc moves very slow like she's not bothered..
re very young for this to be cancer. Have they checked you for appendicitis? It causes pain to go down your leg, and pain between your ovary area and navel. I have never heard of anyone having sciatica pain with colon cancer, I think this was more of a coincidence with the lady you speak of. A blood test would tell your doctor if this is appendicitis. I have seen cases where it lasts quite awhile before becoming really inflammed.
All results have come back fine. The WBC is not elevated. I think my child has appedicitis, but the medical community tells me no. Her pain started really 3 weeks ago, in the center, below her rib cage. The pain then moved to her belly button (about 1 inch to the right and 1 inch down). That was the first trip to the ER (initial blood work, sonogram, rectal exam) - nothing. We followed with additional blood work to rule out colitis, ulcer, crones, etc., and tried some Nexium.
Im having my first child... When I go to the bathroom pee or poop it hurts my belly so bad... it hurts to get up and walk or even to sit up.. I have pain in my butt to.. is this all normal?
What you describe could be a number of things, including pancreatitis, appendicitis, diverticulitis, ... or something else altogether.
This set of symptoms doesn't seem to be the type one can afford to ignore.

It hurts to walk and I must sit down with great care, I have performed some of the tests for appendicitis such as lying supine with my right leg bent and pushing over to the left...this results in much pain. Having been an EMT for many years I understand this could be appendicitis, however, I am confused about the pain free lapses. I live in the middle of no where with poor hospitals about 2 and a half hours away.
As far as I know, the most apparent symptom of appendicitis (inflammation of the appendix) is a dull pain in the stomach on the right side, that moves to severe lower right abdominal pain.

When I had appendecitis I woke up in pain with a lot of abdominal pressure and was admitted for surgery that day. It felt like I was really constipated or something (sorry TMI), and was nauseous. It sounds like the pain you are having is more likely related to the pcos. I have had ovarian cysts in the past and it felt a lot like what you are describing. I'm not an expert, just my personal experience.
An appendix is usually on the right side of your stomach and you will usually run a high fever with appendicitis. However, if you are still concerned, you can call your doctor and ask to speak to a nurse.
now i am developing the same pain again after about 20 hours, so i want to ask can it be appendicitis even if ultrasound doesnt show it? one of my friend got operated last month, she was having the same pain but ultrasound didnt show anything even then she got operated n now is fine!
Now the next day my lower right stomach is pretty tender, nowhere else, just lower right side. Should I be worried about appendicitis? Could it be tender from extreme gas and bloating?

Since you are young the ESR test is non specific and checks for inflammation in the body. Do you have lower right abdominal pain? If so it could be an appendicitis problem. Either way you should see your doctor.
