I slept like around midnight, and since then I have been waking up a few times with the pain still there. I do not feel like vomiting or nauseous, and neither have I lost my appetite. I have been with this pain for about 10 hours now, would I happen to be presenting signs of appendicitis?
I have seen cases where it lasts quite awhile before becoming really inflammed. With you having back pain and pain down your leg, you may have a herniated disc. I have sciatica and that's what caused mine. I would see a gastroenterologist to verify that the bright red blood you see is indeed from hemorrhoids....I feel it is, but it will give you some peace of mind to find out for sure. There are several things this could be, and it's good that your are ruling them out one by one.

It hurts to walk and I must sit down with great care, I have performed some of the tests for appendicitis such as lying supine with my right leg bent and pushing over to the left...this results in much pain. Having been an EMT for many years I understand this could be appendicitis, however, I am confused about the pain free lapses. I live in the middle of no where with poor hospitals about 2 and a half hours away.
I am still experiencing some pain, but now the majority of my pain is in my leg. Close to where it ruptured and down midways on the inside of my leg. Sometimes its sharp. But it makes my whole leg hurt. Is this normal? Is this something that will eventually stop? I have been scared it was a blood clot because of the rupture. It just gets me that 12 days later I am still experiencing any pain from this.

But her pain started out too high for the appendix, and it is blood test that normally rule this out. Is she having any trouble with her right leg? This also accompanies appendicitis. Have they checked her ovaries? Are her bowel ovements normal?
About 11:30, my lower right abdomen started sharp, long lasting pains. Almost like labor. I took two Aleve and no relief. About 2:30 i took two more and was finally able to doze some starting at 3:00. Mow it is 6:00 and I'm still in have pain. My right leg started hurting/be mumbish, m right hip and my right lower back is also in pain. I have not vomited or had diarrhea nor do I have a fever. Do I have appendicitis or is it just gas?
Could it still be appendicitis? I have almost no pain, just a little pressure on the right side. I’m just worried of an appendix rupture.
You need to see a Gastroenterologist for further evaluation, and to rule out gall bladder problems. Also, appendicitis can cause right leg pain, have they checked you for this?

I have been having some right flank pain and thought it was bladder/kidney related. But ultrasound says no. Could this be from a cyst? Even a small one?
I had a pelvic exam and my gyno said she didn't feel anything but worried she might have missed something. I have been having pains where I believe my right ovary to be. My 10yr old daughter has suffered from Chronic abdominal pain, nausea, and insomnia for over 3 years. She is not tired during the day, has lots of energy, I would say that at least two to three times a week she has the sudden onset of the abdominal pain and nausea, and will run a low grade fever, but always has insomnia, she rarely sleeps more than 4 hours a night. We have found no results from doctors, the closest thing that they have come to diagnosing is irritable bowel syndrome.
My sister told me if i had appendicitis, my pain would be getting worse cuz my aPpendix pain has been going for like 2 months now but only once the pain was severe and that was in the morning.
Don't want to scare you but my sister had appendicitis, the pain started off as random sperts but suddenly got worse as the appendix started to split, she was rushed into hospital and they performed an emergancy opp. Some cases heal themselves, others don't like my sister's. I would ask another doctor; if they send you home again, just watch for ANY changes and monitor your temperature, urine colour and strength of pain over the next 2-3 days.
When I had appendecitis I woke up in pain with a lot of abdominal pressure and was admitted for surgery that day. It felt like I was really constipated or something (sorry TMI), and was nauseous. It sounds like the pain you are having is more likely related to the pcos. I have had ovarian cysts in the past and it felt a lot like what you are describing. As far as I know, the most apparent symptom of appendicitis (inflammation of the appendix) is a dull pain in the stomach on the right side, that moves to severe lower right abdominal pain.

Last night I started having a dull pain on the right side of my abdomen, across from my belly button, it went away today but came back around lunch time. It went away again and now at 2am it has come back. I pressed on my stomach a bit and it send a shooting pain through my belly button area. Its not SUPER painful, just more of a discomfort. I've also started urinating WAY more in the past hour and I'm not sure if its related but my knees began aching REALLY bad out of nowhere.
I have had 2 CT scans prior to my initial diagnosis- because i was having pain on the right side to rule out appendicitis. They came back ok. The first scan there was a little inflammation near the appendix that went away with the second CT. Other that all was apparently normal. I still get dull pain on my right side but i take probiotics and this seems to help it.
I am just worried by these attacks because they don't seem like ibs- from what i have studied about the symptoms.
How can you identify ovarian cyst pain?What is the usual size of the cyst need to undergo surgery? Describe the difference between appendicitis?
Also the pains in my abdomen seem to get worse when i eat or after a night out drinking. Then the pain gets very sharp and spreads to the left side and lower left of the back, i get hit by a sudden feeling of weakness and have to lie down.
What are the possible causes of this pain, and could it be linked to my other symptoms?
p.s. i am fully aware that this is not a diagnosis, it is just to know wether or not i should get this checked by my GP.
