I have not experienced similar pain in groin area before and there is no blister or rashes. My penis is black in color due to infection and the part where I experience pain, the skin has lines like a farmer's plough field and there is no growth of any hair in this part
I suspect any infection in urinary tract or caused by fungus .
It seems to move around, from the appendix area to the groin, and wraps around to the back and kidney area. As well, a mix of constipation and then diahrrea. I'm really quite terrified of it being appendicitis or worse yet, peritonitis. I have seen two health professionals, one at a clinic and the other in the emergency room, both of them saying its nothing, perhaps just a pulled or strained muscle. Like said, I'm scared, and I would like some sort of reassurance or advice.

See your OB-GYN and a Gastroenterologist. With appendicitis the pain normally starts around your navel and will move to the right and down, or vise versa so I don't feel it's that. But you do have intestines in that area, your bladder, and these are worth checking out. It may also be referred pain from your ovaries or fallopian tubes. Good luck with this and take care.
Actually the hip pain could be stabbing at times (bad enough to actually wake me at night), and the rest of the time it’s a constant dull ache. The pain is now also radiating down my thigh to my knee and groin, as well as having a constant back ache. My left leg can also sometimes ache. The groin area also feels a bit numb. Sometimes I think even both sides of the hip aches, but right side is worst. Even as I sit here at rest writing this my leg, hip and upper right abdomen is throbbing.
t seem to be a consistent thing that causes the pain (again the pain is mostly in the groin and right on the side) how much of that is a chance at appendicitis? I've had two CT Scans in the past year and would really prefer not getting another one if at all possible (after all, the last two showed nothing, and I'm sick of spending that much money and subjecting myself to that much radiation without something serious being found).
I have been having mild abdominal pains around my right hip bone, flank and sometimes groin area for a few months now. The pain feels very similar to muscle soreness, but I can feel the pain even more when I press or squeeze the area around the top of my right hip bone. The pain comes and goes, and I think may be related to a build up of stool, as I may wait days before having a bowel movement and the pain starts to develop, and it gradually eases after a few bowel movements.
Over the past two or three days I have had a slight discomfort in my right groin/side. I went to the doctor today, and after blood and urine came back normal, she said that I still might have appendicitis and said I might want to get a CT, though I don't show normal symptoms other than pain in my RLQ. The pain isn't constant and it isn't severe and hasn't really gotten any worse.
I have major fatigue, nausea, upper abdominal pain, pain in the middle of my back, lower right side pelvic pain that's close to the groin. Is that a cyst. Oh and I haven't started this month.
At first it stemmed from my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Soon after I started to feel pain in my chest, both sides right by my armpits, lower back, and abdomen area especially on my right side. The pain is usually sharp. When I do sit for a long period of time, both my right and left sides hurt but more on my right. Well its past a week now and I hav not gotten the pain again..but i hav had sum severe groin pain last thursday...i visited the hospital a couple of times an i had blood test and x ray done.they saw nuting in the x ray but they said it cud be a possible kidney stone..i also got an ultrasound today an i hav to get an IVP soon..i just hav sum trouble urinating now..i feel to urinate often but wen i do..its not much..But i know i had lifted heavy b4 i got the pain..
I have pain in mid abdomen right side over navel which seems to be spreading downwards towards my groin. My back and hip, on right hand side also giving pain but none of which are sore to touch as the pain is radiating rather than severe in one spot. I have no other symptoms. I am average weight and suffer no allergies, take no medication and have a great diet. I have felt tired of late and run down so wondering if this is a low-grade kidney infection/stone or gall bladder problem.

But if i had appendicitis wouldnt the pain get worse. My appendix pain comes and goes and sometimes the pain dsnt come for a week. I dont know if this is important or not but every mrning i feel like throwing up and i get headaches and it has been going on for a while now! Does my feeling of throwing up relate to my pain?? What do i do?
m not vomiting now but the pain is so bad and it even hurts to breathe in or cough or move...is this appendicitis or something serious..?? It didn't start around my naval it started in my sides/flank area and more intesified right side of abdominal area...
then on the next day my abdomen felt fine i could feel that annoying pain just a little bit when i thought about it, but i got a pain in my testes and it kinda goes away and comes back, the next day i felt normal no pains or anything until later that evening i got a big headache and i felt light headed and then it just went away.
See a doctor. That pain and shortness of breath sounds a lot like angina, which occurs when a cardiac arterry becomes partly blocked and some heart muscle isn't getting enough oxygen. If it is that, you're headed for a heart attack if it isn't fixed. With the heart, anything that even might be a problem needs to be checked.
As far as I know, the most apparent symptom of appendicitis (inflammation of the appendix) is a dull pain in the stomach on the right side, that moves to severe lower right abdominal pain.

Before i went to bed last night i had a real bad pain in the centre of my stomach i didn't think much of it but when i woke up this morning the pain had moved lower and to the right of my stomach, i haven't been able to (or even wanted to) eat and the pain is making me be sick. one of my flat mate took my temperature and said it was 38.0°C (100.4°F), which she said was a little high.
any clues whats wrong and what i should do about it?
Lower right abdomen pain is commonly due to appendicitis. The pain, can at times come and go and not give the classic picture.
