It is also the active ingredient in alot of motion sickness meds. i think Bonine is one of them but not sure cause I just got the generic one that said motion sickness pills. You have to make sure that the active ingredient is meclazine though and not another antihistimine because the others arent as good at treating the nausea. Anyway, this stuff has helped me SO MUCH!!!
yeah it's like dramamine. It's to treat motion sickness, naseau, that kinda thing. I'm feeling a lot of anxiety and I'm not sure if I should go see a doctor or not.
I had major motion sickness especially in a moving vehicle when I was 19weeks! Lol it was terrible, I would get so mad at BD for every little turn he made Lol.. it does go away and I was so happy when it did, I would avoid leaving the house unless I absolutely HAD to go somewhere, I just hybernated myself Lol.
I just recently took a long plane trip(6 hours time difference) and since returning I have had debilitating motion sickness plus horrible anxiety. I am on day 6 of this. Could this be hormones? I am 51 years old and haven't had a period in 7 months. I don't know what to do. I can not function because I am quite dizzy and feel sick to my stomach. I am considering making an appt with a neurologist. Help!
my daughter gave me a cold and my ears blocked up too. now 4 weeks later, my left ear (which was the worst one during the cold) is still blocked. Doc says my ears look fine and I have eustachian tube disorder. from reading posts on this forum it doesn't look promising. I'm pretty sure the otologist will prescribe a nasal spray but if he has some really enlightening advice I will let you know. The only thing that works a little bit is dramamine.
not life or death type allergies, but sneezing, itchy nose and eyes, headaches. I take a one a day antihistamine to deal with it. .. but it says on the box not to take if pregnant. Im only 7 weeks, and have stopped taking them... but my allergies are horrible at the moment. All the sneezing is not helping with my morning sickness. During my last pregancey my symptoms actually went away but not this time... my question is can i take my antihistamine?

I myself was on Phenergan for 7 months of my pregnancy, 2-4 times a day at 25 mg. I had extreme nausea/vomiting that was uncontrolled without it. My baby girl is 110% healthy with no adverse effects.

First of all, I would put a t-shirt on him. This will keep him from drooling and spitting all over himself in the car. Put down an old blanket or a large towel on the seat to keep him from soaking the seat with drool. Then start taking him for rides.

I was at the OB today as he wanted to check on baby xyz before I headed from my home town 8 hours away for 6 days of camping, then back home for 48 hours and then 8+ hours in the opposite direction for more camping. I asked for Zofran as I am familiar with it due to the beginning of my pregnancy, I am 14 week + 6 days now, and I was unsuccessful in getting it. (I do have 5 or 6 left from my prescription).
