They can test you for food allergies. I recommend blood testing over skin testing for results. I have lots of stomach issues too and have always wondered if it was food. I am going in for a colonosopy next week. I need to wait until I can go off antihistamine to test for the food allergies. I'm doing the big blood test for as many foods and stuff as possible. Thats about 2 weeks away. I have not been able to go longer than 1 day with out my antihistamine which is holding up my food testing.

sounds like a respiratory allergy. take an OTC antihistamine and use a nasal spray like Ocean Saline Spray. Do not mix antihistamines though such as an oral antihistamine and spray. Ocean Spray does not have an antihistamine and will simply dry you out and is safe to use with an antihistamine.
I was officially diagnosed with the allergy to said nut after allergy testing when I was in my early teens. I subsequently had a few more allergic reactions throughout the next 20+ years, all similar, some also with breathing difficulties, always only with ingestion of coconut or with it touching my tongue/mouth/face. It can be even easier than that. You could alway ask your doc to try free samples of Nasal Sprays for rhinitis, sinusitis. If it works than you know what it is. Then you need to figure out why it happens like if it is allergy or sinusitis and treat it more specifically if you want to. Once way to rule in allergy is antihistamine like Benedryl. If you take an antihistamine and it stops it's more likely rhinitis.

You can get blood tests like RAST or skin ***** test done to find whether your child will be allergic to soy milk or not.That is the only way of confirming the allergic reaction.
In fact, almost anything can cause an allergy. I find that the most effective antihistamine is still Benadryl. By the way, I have never had success with anti-fungals.
