Aldara hair loss

Common Questions and Answers about Aldara hair loss

aldara

Avatar m tn They may have been there for a long time, but I noticed them because I shaved the pubic hair a little around my penis...something I usually do not do. I could see more of the skin now, in other words. I thought they were hair follicles or fordyce spots, although I was suspicious of them because they seemed a little more "on top of" the skin rather than under the skin, also no hairs ever grew out of them. Additionally, over time, they did seem to be getting a little bigger.
Avatar f tn She told me nothing else was wrong with my anus and sent me on my way - with a prescription for aldara. I started using the aldara that night (friday). A week later I was still having difficulties and went to another doctor. This doctor gave me a thorough exam. He found two large fissures at the entrance of my anus and prescribed a cream to help them heal, he also told me to increase fibre. I asked him to look at the warts - he told me there was no evidence whatsoever of warts.
Avatar f tn He has been experiencing extremely excessive perspiration all day and into the night for 7 months or more now..It is like water and pours out from him....He has also had hair loss and thinning, high blood pressure rate at night , and EXTREME anxiety so much that he was put on medication...also lost 10 lbs .......this all began after using aldara cream he was given for a tiny wart on his hand that was already sprayed and clearing up and come to find out it has very scary side effects ....
Avatar m tn Sounds more like folliculitis or some other superficial infection -- and for such a problem, Aldara is the last thing you should be using. Stop the Aldara and see a health care provider.
Avatar m tn I thought it was likely an inflamed hair follicle. It healed, but left a lump and a scar. Then a few days ago another one appeared in the lower center pubic area, and after about 24 hours the inflammation went away and it scabbed over. Then yesterday I noticed two whitish bumps, one on the base of the penile shaft and the other in the middle right pubic area. Both identical in appearance, about 1/8" diameter, hemispherical and smooth as far as I can tell.
Avatar m tn 5mg suppository or higher but sides are absolutely not tollerable (fatigue, blured vision, creatinine increase, heavy general inflmmation, hair loss and change from straight to curly), at least for me, and this cannot be done.
Avatar f tn In contrast to their HBeAg-positive counterparts, the treatment endpoint for patients with HBeAg-negative disease is unknown. Although the loss of HBsAG is a very rare occurrence, seroconversion to anti-HBs has been purported as an acceptable end-point in these patients.
Avatar m tn thanks
Avatar m tn now it doesn seem that way anymore and looking at it again i feel it is most likely just a hair follicle. but in a short span this evening i felt a sudden heat wave in my general crotch area, specifically more intense on my inner thighs. this lasted maybe 1 hr and now seems fine. I have also had leg pain only on my right leg, concentrated from knee down through calf but i really hope this is just coincidental or anxiety or cold aches.
Avatar n tn Ok, so I've been putting up with on again, off again itching for months on my labia, near my vaginal opening. Never "diagnosed" with HPV but I did get rid of a suspected wart this past year. Can you have a bacterial infection without discharge? It drives me CRAZY sometimes, the only thing that calms it is gold bond ointment, which is minty and refreshing but I'd like no itch. No "rash" that I can see, unless I give in and scratch.
Avatar n tn My last one showed me as having VIN2 which my oncologist/gyno wanted me to use ALDARA Cream for 3 months, I tried it but i couldnt function with all the side effects, So after much reading as much as i could find on HPV and VIN i started taking the supplement DIM, thought it was helping some but now I have the burning back again and am afraid I will have to go in and have another biopsy again. I hate this. How come so many of us never heard of this before.
