I had cataract surgery done in both eyes in Nov and Dec and have floaters that create a veil and that make me have to blink and focus. When I sit in front of the computer and look from left to right I see the veil move the same way. Not sure if this will ever go away.
I too have a ghost when I'm in the theater and see a face i see a shadow or ghost to the top of the persons face. When I'm driving I see the shadow on letters in signs which makes the words look blurred and not sharp.

I've been having ghost vision (seeing double image) in one single eye. It's been going on for about 3 weeks now. Both eyes get really blurry at night though. In the morning my ghost vision goes away for a few minutes, then it comes back. Any ideas on what it could be?
I've been to an opthamologist and he said I need to change my glasses perscription, but I don't think that will solve the issue.
I have similar ghosting (except the ghost image is above the real one) in BOTH eyes separately, and an ophthalmologist and neuro-ophthalmologist weren't able to tell me why. Only that it's a refractive problem, and they gave me some special reading glasses (since it happens after I've been reading continuously for a few minutes while looking down).

50 in my right eye. In the past few weeks I have begun seeing a shadow or ghost image in part of the visual field in my left eye. If I look toward my nose or right from my left eye, my vision becomes somewhat blurred and that is when the ghost image or shadow is more prominent. I went to the opthamologist earlier this week and she found nothing wrong with my eye. I was pretty much told this is something i need to deal with.
I found a rigid capsule-shaped hollow shell in my stool. It was 1 1/4 long. I put one of every pill I take into jars with water. They all dissolved or tuned to mush. A fish oil capsule swelled up into a rubbery mess and collapsed. The item in my poo had a thin hard shell like a chicken egg. I plucked it out of the side of a solid poo with a toothpick. None of the pills I tested were solid enough to lift with a toothpick. I'm freaked.
I had a Lentis Mplus transplanted in my left eye on 16 January 2012.. It took about 5 days to obtain a good distance and reading ability. I did get ghost and halos but I can see that these are now (5 February 2012)reducing. I have had my right eye done with the same transplant on 3 February 2012 and 3 days later the left eye quality of vision is begining to improve quite rapidly. My vision now with both eyes is very good both distance and reading.

Well, I am a nurse and at every hospital that I have worked at there is always a ghost story to be told to the new employee. I always thought yeah, right. Well, I was working in a very small hospital in middle Georgia that had a ghost story about a baby. The baby had been born when the hospital had a labor and delivery room.(long gone by the time I worked there) The story went that the baby had died in the delivery room but you could still hear it cry from time to time.

So we look out we were on the ground floor of a triple Decker apt,and walking up the street is all these people dressed in Revolutionary war era clothes, women, kids,and military guys,swinging laterns and walking behind the drummer horses and all probably about 30 people in all.We were like wtf is this? All ghost?secret night parade?wth!
I'm 20, Male, eye exam 4 months ago - all A-okay. I have minor astigmatism in both eyes, and don't wear glasses. I've always noticed ghost images, except last night I noticed on this one particular street light that is naturally white-LED, from a certain distance - it has ghost images, although each image is blue/green/slight red, but as I get closer it corrects itself and the light forms all together just like all other ghost images I see on some things.
