I used to play basketball for 6 years and jogging for 7 monthes(for fun,recreation,not very fierce).I love jogging and i jog everyday for 40mins or more than that.Somehow recently i feel that tennis is less than jogging because tennis doesn't have vertical motions(jogging has too much vertical motions so that i am afraid of the shocking).The question is Do you think i shoud play tennis(everyday) or continue jogging?Which one do you think is more fierce?Or maybe i should give up both?

Hi, about 3 months ago i think i overextended my knee while dribbling the ball in a game of basketball. Its not that much of an injury, there was no pop or swelling. I was even able to continue the game. There was pain when it happened, but it quickly subsided. I was able to walk and put weight on it. I played basketball sporadically for the following months and it did not bother me.
Last week I decided to go back to running after a long hiatus.

When we finished our basketball game i double check if i have some scratch in my arms..when i woke up in the morning and i notice theres a small wound in my fist and i did not notice it last nigth. My imagination is killing me. It is like one of our opponet prick me with needle.

I was in basketball court this morning, i played basketball and one of a guy had actively bleeding in hands and accidentally scratch me in my arms that cause a tear in my skin and immediately bleed out, lots of blood came from him goes to my arms

You could have ruptured a tendon. There are so many tendons and ligaments that can be hurt in basketball and if not addressed your basketball playing could be over if not looked at. At least have it addressed properly by a physician. You may need to get an MRI so the soft tissues can be looked at. Don't mess with it and act like it didn't happen because it can only get worse. Your Knee cap is held in place by several tendons and ligaments that are so important. Did you hear a pop?
I am only a 14 year old girl, I was sitting at the computer for a few hours and I started getting random internal heat sensations in the same spot around my ankle. My skin isn't hot, but internally there is a heat wave. It only lasts seconds but the tingling feeling stays afterwards. It's odd and I'm not sure if like everyone gets it and I'm being paranoid or what. I'd love if someone could explain what's causing it.
