i am 13 years old and i want to diet. i want to try the acai berry diet and my mom is fine with it. is it ok for me to diet like this being so young?

I just read and watch about acai berry products how it helps to reduce the weight. I wanted to ask is it safe to take acai berry power 500 or any acai berry product without any doctor's recommendation? pls anyone let me know it about acai berry as i am very impressed to read about that and wanna give a try for myself. but i am afraid of any side effects.

Acai berry is an actual berry and not a product, although it is being added to certain supplements. All of these exotic and up until recently, unheard of fruits are not miracle weight loss products as they're being advertised as being. You can buy acai berries and acai berry powder from health food stores and vitamin shops, but really it won't have any effect on your weight. Acai berries are good for you and have lots of antioxidants, but so do any other berries!

Acai berry is really no use, if you want an anti-oxidant, go for blueberry just, it's cheap and does the same thing. There is no proven double blind studies showing any use as a therapy.

try the acai berry diet. i don't know what you've tried, but if you google acai berry diet it has had some pretty decent success. or you could always try the old school method of burn more calories than you consume.

Acai is a completely overhyped product which is supposed to be some kind of miracle weight loss supplement. Acai berry is just a berry. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't know what else is being added to it when it's being made into supplements, but over and over again I keep reading things from people that say they've tried the acai supplements, but it doesnt work and want to know why. Because it's a gimmick plain and simple.

I just found that out yesterday, Acai berry is & the Natural Cleanse are together a scam!!!! Well the product does help clean out the digestive system, but the free trials are not free and once you sighn up it wants to charge and send bottles every 15 days, and canselation is nearly imposible. I take a cayenne pepper supplement for metabolism support, an acai+superfruit supplement, super b complex and a multivitamin. Is it safe to take all these together and does the cayenne pepper supplement help you lose weight?

Hi sorry I have no idea how that other post got connected with mine.. but my question is How to go about eating healthier and lossing weight. I am 5`5 and weight 183lbs I had my daughter Dec 15.07 and I gained like 64lbz so I went from 170lb to 234lb but when I had her went to 199lbs and now 183lbs but its hard to continue lossing the weight. Are you referring to Acai berry? If so, I'd suggest that you save your money. For the most part, ShyTeen is correct, colon cleansing is usually not necessary. Aside from that, any product that promises for fat to "just come right off", without you having to do anything, is too good to be true. The best way to lose weight is by implementing a healthy diet, watching portions sizes and moderate exercise.
