BUT, just to make you happy, Skailark, I did
crunches with bicycle legs - even though I did my regular 100
crunches yesterday in class. Yep, I'm gonna just love you tomorrow, Sergeant!
FYI: It's okay to work abs EVERY DAY, but not other muscle groups. The instructor I had yesterday is heavy on legs, so we did tons of lunges and squats - and I was toting a 12lb body bar.
