Common Questions and Answers about Weight chart with frame size

weight

Avatar f tn s a bit I copied from a height/weight chart, that pertains to you. Your actual weight depends on the size of your frame. Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'2" 108-121 118-132 128-143 Depending on your frame size, you might not even be overweight.
Avatar f tn Your weight not only depends on your height, but also your frame size. Some with a large frame (large bones) should weigh more than someone who is very small/fine boned. Here's a portion of a chart that applies to you: Height Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'5" 117-130 127-141 137-155 At 135, you're really not overweight at all, unless you are very small boned, then just barely.
284738 tn?1283106819 It's almost impossible to say what size you'll be able to fit into or what weight you would be too thin at until you actually get there. Everyone comes in all different shapes and sizes and we all carry our weight differently based on our genetics so it's really one of those things that you'll just have to "stay tuned" to find out!
Avatar f tn You weight should also be determined by your frame size, along with your height. If you have a large frame, your healthy weight would be higher than if your frame is very small. Here's a portion of a height/weight chart that might be helpful.
5784338 tn?1392946906 Depends on your age, activity level, frame size, etc. Why don't you tell us something about yourself, so we can comment more specifically to your situation?
1107486 tn?1258400832 Height Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'7" 123-136 133-147 143-163 You would do well to maintain where you are and continue with regular exercise and healthy eating.
Avatar n tn b mi is useless...if u looked unhealthy at 115, you were unhealthy at 115. your frame is larger than most which means that your skeletal weight with no fat or muscle weighs more than most....so in order for you to have equal muscle or fat to cover your frame size as the average healthy person at 5'2 with a smaller frame, you would need to weigh more..
Avatar f tn Height Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'2" 108-121 118-132 128-143 I don't know the size of your bones - small, medium, large, but you aren't necessarily overweight....... That said, it seems that you are mostly concerned about your stomach, but you need to look at your entire body.
Avatar m tn Here's a portion of a height/weight chart that would apply to you. Height Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'10" 144-154 151-163 158-180 Depending on your body frame, you might not be overweight. Maybe you just need to do a different type of exercise so you can tone your muscles, rather than concentrate on losing pounds.
1522322 tn?1291215029 Height Small frame Medium frame Large frame 5'4" 114-127 124-138 134-151
886304 tn?1256091904 It depends on the size of your body frame - whether you are small or large boned. I copied part of a height/weight chart Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'9" 129-142 139-153 149-170 Hope this helps........
Avatar f tn everything was fine they will do an individual growth chart for you as everyone is different i know they have prob freaked you out sending you there but try not to worry everyone has different size bumps midwifes only go on a world wide chart they will just do u Ur own instead this in my 3rd baby and he's smallest one yet my other 2 were massive so were all different im 5ft 2 x
551604 tn?1333983135 I commented on your picture! You don't look that big. How tall are you? Shorter women obviously from frame size will "look" bigger when they really aren't. It's just the baby and uterus having no where but out to go! And you've only gained 3 lbs!! That's freaking awesome! I guess, if their being a bit rude about it, you could snap back with something clever and blame it on hormones lol...But otherwise, you can say exactly what I told you!
Avatar n tn The average size for an American woman is around size 14. That would be about 40lbs over weight for my 5ft 2in medium frame. You really should talk to your doctor, your personal genetics, medical issues, age, etc have a lot to do with it. My doc tells me I should weigh between 115 and 119. I feel best around 117.
Avatar f tn Just took a quick look at height/weight chart - you are NOT overweight - even if you have a small frame. If you can maintain where you are, that would be ok. Don't lose too much or you will be unhealthy. There are some websites you can go to that will give you the number of calories you need daily. spark people is a good one; live strong is another. You can also do a search for height/weight charts to get an idea of where your weight should fall. Good luck and keep posting.
Avatar n tn So the reference they have that shows the fruit/veggi size of baby is that just referring to the length of the baby or what? I'm currently a coconut but go to a leak as of Friday so I'm just confused if I'm 36+5 and I'm a coconut now how is a leak larger unless they go by length. Sorry so random I was just looking at the chart.
Avatar f tn 14+4 I've been really up and down with my weight. I gain 5lbs then I lose 4lbs then I gain and lose the same 2 lbs. This is my second pregnancy with my son my body did the same thing and by the end I think I gained under 12lbs.
