Suffice is to say that the work requires intense lifting, a good deal of climbing, and some very long hours (the hours vary greatly but generally I work two 22-hour shifts a week). So I tend to eat alot of food, usually not very healthy food, to keep my
energy up during the course of the day. As a result, while I have alot of muscle in my back, arms and chest, I also have a large amount of fat around my midsection (a 'spare tire').
