I recommend to others to get their weight under control before trying much more than walking so as to not stress your knees. Control your diet and as your weight drop slowly increase your physical activity. I feel as though I have more energy, however, I've been getting vertigo especially getting up in the morning or standing up quickly. This could be completely unrelated to the med, however I've never experienced this before the increase. Is this just my body adjusting to the increased dosage? If it persists I will call my doc.

250155 tn?1485295939 i have found that the good ol theory of eating breakfast is true. i eat oatmeal or eggs and start my day off with a cup of coffee. i keep my energy up by never sitting down haha jk. i think that lack of energy goes with being a busy mom but nutrition makes the biggest difference like andi said. make sure you check to see how much sugar you are consuming during the day too. not only have i found it makes me drop, it makes me cranky!

Where you want that energy to be used is totally up to you. If you want to add bulk to your biceps and triceps you will have to work your arms with weights.
